GoogleWe dealt with Think as first time buyers and they made the whole experience as smooth as possible for us. We dealt with Matt, who was on hand to explain anything we didn’t understand and to put solicitors legal jargon into layman’s terms for us. Matt was always so friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Buying a house for the first time seems so scary and daunting but Matt made us feel so much more at ease about everything. Think went above and beyond in helping us secure our first home before Christmas and we cannot thank them enough. To Matt and all the team at Think a massive thank you! GoogleI cannot thank the lettings staff at the Newton branch of think enough! Hannah in particular! Their attentiveness and attention to detail when helping me move into a rental property was amazing! They took a valid and fair inventory and even discussed this with me prior to signing it off. All certificates received and a full explanation of where and how my deposit was to be stored. Any repairs that needed doing were took up I a timely manner and the workmen used were clean and reliable! Thank you again for helping me find an AST whilst I was going through a difficult time! Would highly recommend these guys!

GoogleI wouldn't use another estate agent. I've bought and sold with THINK and everytime I've found them to be the cheapest around and always reply to my emails and telephone calls. So very professional and make you feel like you're their only client! Solicitors aren't always the best at keeping you in the know but THINK are one step ahead everytime, chasing things up from both sides.Thanks so much for easing my stress and finding me the home I asked for!! GoogleWe had not had much experience with estate agents and viewings as we bought our first home off plot. However, after embarking on the journey of looking for a house move we viewed a number of properties and were left underwhelmed by the overall experience, with many viewings agents not at all engaging . Until of course, we came across ‘Think’. Scott, the viewing agent was incredibly courteous from the moment he opened the door, as well as being welcoming and helpful, he was extremely knowledgable, his overall approach was very professional. Scott was a pleasure to deal with.

I didn't consider any other agent as I was so pleased with the service first time round. GoogleI have been renting with Think Lettings for 18 Months now and they have been great. Moving in was easy and there is always someone there to answer the phone when I call them. When arranging visits for property inspector, gas inspector etc, they always arrived at the time promised. I am very happy with Think Lettings. Most of my dealings have been with Jade who has been very polite, informative and efficient.

Google9 months of a hellish move from the other party. Sharon and the team at Think were brilliant constantly chasing and trying to get the ball rolling for our move I honestly can't put into words just how patience and understand Sharon was to helping our move. I would definitely recommend Think to anyone and should I buy again in the near future I would certainly take a look at what they had on offer just because I'd have the confidence that I would be looked after from the first step to the last. GoogleI never thought I’d ever be posting publicly about how great a service I received from an estate agent, and that is because Think! are NOT your average estate agent! The whole team were always helpful, never pushy and Sharon McKay in particular was so lovely - none of my stupid questions (and there were a lot of them!) were too much trouble for her. She really took a lot of stress out of the buying process for me and I am delighted with my house. I highly recommend them.
