GoogleI cannkt thank Think and in particular Sharon enough for their assistance with selling our house. When our solicitors were making things difficult or not communicating with our buyers, Sharon was always on hand to provide us with a clear update. From start to finish their approach has been professional and upfront. I cannot recommend them highly enough yo help sell a property.

Right from our first viewing they have been so responsive and attentive constantly ringing and emailing with updates it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. GoogleI can't single out any particular individual at THINK Estate Agents as they all deserve praise and recognition. My wife and I found whole team to be extremely helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the business and very professional. We can honestly say that it has been a pleasure dealing with THINK when setting up a house for rental and sourcing a tenant. They stand out from the other estate agents we have encountered and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Grateful Thanks to Aidan and the Team from Ian & Zhao.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend THINK enough as an estate agents!! Me and my partner Dan have received so much help and support throughout the process of selling our house and we are so grateful they were there to answer our questions and always stay in contact with us. A big thank you to Katie, Matt, Aidan and Jack who were always so positive and friendly. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5!!

GoogleI can honestly say one of the best companies I have dealt with. Matthew was my appointed contact and he kept me up to date at all times with how the process was going. The team have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are a pleasure to speak with at anytime, including Saturdays. There were some real challenges with my house sale, they worked tirelessly on behalf of the buyer and myself to ensure that the sale went through on the agreed date and at the agreed price and terms. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to dealing with them again soon, as I look to secure my next property.

GoogleI have dealt with ‘Think’ for many years both as a landlord and more recently as a seller. They really do know their stuff & go above and beyond & nothing is too much trouble. I have had quite a few problems with my tenants and my problems have been dealt with by the Rental team in Haydock with great efficiency & professionalism. I dealt mainly with Jade who was fantastic. More recently I sold the property and the sales team were fantastic too. Sharon was amazing. It was sold very quickly & I was informed of progress every step of the way and queries were dealt with quickly & efficiently. I also have to mention Aidan & Jack who have also been fantastic over the years and they should be proud of their amazing team. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about property in that area. Well done Think !

GoogleThink have been wonderful honestly, we spent SO long looking for a place to live, but Think made it so very simple, we got a place to live so quickly, every process was super easy, we were treated with the most respect, and it made renting a good experience over the stressful experience it can be in other places. Now we're in our lovely home, the communication between me and my partner with Think is very very good, open and quick. We correspond with Jade, who gets back to us incredibly fast, with great replies and fantastic results. She gives us all the information we ask for and need, takes requests from us, and has fixed any issues we have in less than 24 hrs of us asking. You're wonderful Jade, Thanks to you and the whole team @ Think, my partner and I are incredibly happy with our home! I would and have recommended many of my family and friends to use Think estate Agents. 1000/10 :) 5* service and team.

GoogleThink Estate Agents have been extremely professional, helpful and always went above and beyond for me and my husband. No matter how many times I contacted them they continued to provide a 100% service at all times. Sharon in particular was spectacular. She was caring and patient at all times. We would have no hesitation in using Think Estate Agents in the future I would certainly recommend them.
