GoogleFinding my flat with THINK was fab and quick, from viewing to passing application! Scott was helpful and did everything he could to make my experience simple. I did have to wait a while to find out I had got the flat longer than I thought. Would recommend!

GoogleTHINK has been a very reliable and easy estate agency to work with. My fiancΓ© and I moved into a wonderful flat in Newton-le-Willows, and we would like to thank Scott for making our move so easy. He kept in contact with us to make sure when we could move in and get the keys right away. We both really appreciate it!

GoogleSo far, so very good. As a first time landlord I signed with Think a few weeks ago and I cannot fault the service I have received. In particular Jade has been a pleasure to deal with. She has shown excellent communication, knowledge and organisation right from the off. Think secured a tenant a week after I completed on the property. So I am very happy with the service they have provided in the time I have been with them.

GoogleOur contact for the property we purchased which was marketed by Think Estate Agency was Matthew Smith... he was amazing and a credit to the company! He kept us up to date throughout the sale and helped chase issues and delays up & down the chain. He returned our calls and emails the same day, and was on hand to offer advice as and when we needed it. We really did rely on him in every way, and appreciated all his help. We wished we had chosen Think to sell our property rather than the agency we went with who were absent throughout. I'd highly recommend Think estate agency :-)

GoogleRecently used THINK estates to rent out my property and it has been a fantastic experience. Jade and Aidan have been absolutely fantastic and very professional to work with throughout. Jade has offered great advice and guidance throughout process from the initial contact right through to letting and views the process both through the lens of landlord and tenant which ensures all parties are happy and sets a quality standard. I would have no qualms about recommending THINK Estate Agents to anyone who would need letting or sales
Thanks Ste! I'm glad we have lived up to our name and high standards that we hold

GoogleAfter having my property up for sale with another agent I changed to THINK! This was the best decision I made. After discussing the way forward with Jack , I was allocated Matt as my contact. Matt was fantastic, I was notified of every viewing and given all the feedback from these. They actively marketed the house to people who they thought would be interested. The house was sold within weeks of going up for Sale with them. The process from then on was seamless and quick. I was kept informed during this process too. They made sure there was no delays either end and we completed very quickly. I wouldnβt hesitate to use these guys again. Top of their field - without question.

GoogleFrom the moment I contacted your agency, I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that you showed. You listened carefully to my requirements and worked diligently to find me the perfect property. Throughout the entire process, you kept me informed and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. When I first saw the house that you had selected for me, I was blown away by its beauty and the level of care that had clearly been put into maintaining it. Every room was immaculate, and I could see that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was perfect for my needs.

GoogleExcellent estate agents. They took over the property I am renting in January and managed to sort all the issues (roof repair, window change, sorting leaks out) we had for over a year in a few months time. They regularly kept us updated of the whole process, and promptly replied to all of our queries. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone, this is an Estate Agency who deeply cares about the tenants as well as the Landlords/Landladies happiness and satisfaction. Very rare to find such decency these days, keep up the good work.
