GoogleI would highly recommend using THINK - a particular mention to Russ for his help! The team was very accommodating with their viewing times based on our needs (travelling from a couple hundred miles away). They were also very prompt with their responses and getting us moved into the property with everything we needed.

GoogleGreat experience so far with Russ at Think estate agent. As my first time to the rental market Russ took the time to fully explain the process and supported us through our application making it as speedy as possible. I would highly recommend Russ and the team to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleThe lettings team, particularly Jade, have been so informative and helpful throughout the whole process. From preparing the property, to advertising and finding a tenant. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience for my first rental property. 100% recommend & looking forward to the future of our business relationship😊. …

GoogleI had the privilege of working with Russ as my letting agent, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his role. Russ guided me through the entire rental process, ensuring I had a clear understanding of each step and providing valuable insights into the local housing market. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile; not only did he help me secure a fantastic rental property, but he also took the time to help me move in, sharing recommendations for nearby restaurants and parks that greatly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a smooth and enjoyable renting experience.

GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first home with the help of Think Estate Agents. It’s been a lengthy process, but Sharon McKay has been really helpful from the day we viewed the property up until the completion date. Sharon was always on hand to answer phone calls and emails and was really helpful with communication between the parties, ensuring everything went through before our mortgage offer expired. We’re really grateful for all of your help Sharon, and we highly recommend Think Estate Agents 😊

GoogleAwesome Team over at THINK, 32 Bridge Street, Newton Le Willows office. Jade and Russ handed over the keys and were super helpful with important info. And Russ pointed out all the nice places to go to in and around Newton as I am new to the area. Really a super friendly team and incredibly helpful! Really made the experience super easy.

GoogleWhere can I start? We have been in our property now since February 2021. A lot of work needed doing with the house with false and empty promises from the original estate agents that we were with, we were left feeling deflated on the whole situation after fighting for the problems to resolved we were on the hunt for a new house. At the end of may 2023 I had been contacted by Jade to advise that THINK had taken over our tenancy agreement and Jade organised for a visit to go over our concerns regarding the property. Within a month Jade was all over the repairs which were no fault of our own and had them resolved in no time. I honestly can’t recommend Jade enough. All the repairs have now been completed and our house is finally feeling like a home and this could not have been done with out Jade. Thank you so much.

GoogleExcellent Service "top notch" From start to finish of the process, Think's full team were there to guide, advise and help. Always polite and professional. Having sold a couple of properties, one very quick and straight forward and another more problematic, eg sale fell through, changes in legal documents, Matt was there throughout all the fore's and woes to direct and guide solicitors to speed up all the processes to ensure the property went over the line the second time. Note: If your thinking of selling, don't do anything until you have spoken to the team at Think. Highly recommended and professional

GoogleWe have been working with Jade and the team at Think now for 12 months and couldn't be happier. From start to finish renting out our property has been a breeze with thorough vetting helping us to find the right tenants. Jade has been absolutely brilliant and there's nothing that is too much trouble. Jade is very efficient, gets back to any enquiries we have very quickly, is very friendly and polite and gets the job done. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Jade and the Think team.
