GoogleI was struggling to find a house to rent. But think estate made it all so easy for me, very responsive to all my queries and then finally found a perfect place. Now it’s been almost 3 months. The whole team is very cooperative and helpful. Maintenance team is absolute hands on, if there is any problem, they will get it fixed straight away. I would recommend THINK ESTATE always and forever.

GoogleI can honestly say that the customer service is the best ever. Sharon has been simply amazing. I cannot fault her level of service. Unlike most estate agents, I have had the rare pleasure of being able to get straight through on the phones everytime that I call. I have been kept fully updated throughout my process and Sharon has been incredibly transparent and not tried to over or under sell the property. All the information given has been clear, fair, factual and appropriate. The best experience I’ve had on my buying journey so far. I would 100% recommend vendors and landlords to use this agent as their people skills and professionalism are faultless. Massive well done. 🙂

GoogleThink helped me find a new tenant really quickly. Special mention for Jayde from Think, she was excellent in dealing with the handover between an outgoing tenant and incoming tenant. She kept me informed throughout the process. 👍🏼👍🏼 …

GoogleExcellent at getting in touch with us really quickly. We spoke with Sharon McKay over the phone and she also did our viewing. She did a great job, was so warm and friendly on the phone and in person and had loads of knowledge to share with us of the local area. Couldn't praise her high enough. Would recommend both Think estate agents and their staff.

GoogleRecently moved into a house with my Mum and my Brother under this estate agents. These estate agents have been so helpful and supportive throughout the moving process, buying and selling of the house. I would highly recommend using these estate agents when selling your home. We sold our house through Purplebricks and they did not provide support throughout the whole process particularlywhen we needed it most. I will definitely be using THINK estate agents in the near future, when the time arises

GoogleCompleted on a property with THINK last month and very happy with the overall experience with the team. From walking into the Haydock branch to enquire about the property with Jack to the viewing and the subsequent requests to view the property again and again throughout the purchase with Matthew, the team were more than accommodating. Good communication throughout, would highly recommend THINK for customer service and experience. Thank you!

GoogleGreat, hassle-free service with good and prompt communication. We have been using Think since we bought our house in 2015 and have been using them ever since for other services. One of the reasons why we bought with Think originally (and continue to use them) was their open, relaxed and candid approach, and this seems to be iterated by all the people we have worked with here. Many thanks and keep up the good work!

GoogleOh boy, where do I even begin with my wonderful experience with Think Estate Agents, specifically Katy and her incredible memory? Well, I'll tell you, it was so memorable that even Sharon couldn't believe it! I had the pleasure of working with Katy and her team in my quest to find the perfect home. Let me just say, they made house hunting feel like a breeze, or more like a hilarious rollercoaster ride! You know, the kind that makes you laugh and scream at the same time. Katy, oh Katy, she remembered my phone number like it was the secret ingredient to the best chocolate cake in town. I swear, she could recall my number faster than I could remember my own. It was like having a human Rolodex that always seemed to have my back. I mean, if I ever forget my own number, I know who to call, right? And then there's Sharon. Sweet Sharon, who was just as delightful as a freshly baked batch of cookies. She was the yin to Katy's yang, the peanut butter to her jelly. They made the dream team! Sharon added a sprinkle of extra fun to the mix, and I swear, her laughter is infectious. I mean, you couldn't have a bad day with Sharon around. She even made the paperwork process seem like a stand-up comedy routine. We were laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was buying a house! So, here's to Katy and Sharon from Think Estate Agents, the dynamic duo of the real estate world. They turned house-hunting into a side-splitting adventure, and I couldn't be happier with my new home. If you want a real estate experience that's memorable and outrageously fun, look no further than these two! They're a laugh riot and a house-hunting delight all rolled into one. Thank you, Think Estate Agents, for making my journey to homeownership an absolute hoot! 🏡😄🎉

GoogleI have used Think Estate Agents to both purchase a property by at auction and to sell a property by standard sale. Think Estate Agents are at the forefront using latest technology to source buyers efficiently, and my property was sold quickly. The legal process was slow but my contact Sharon McKay kept me updated along the way and did everything she could to keep the process moving as fast as possible. I can recommend Think without hesitation.

GoogleWe’ve just completed a sale and purchase through THINK, and everyone from start to finish was amazing, although we especially worked with Sharon for the majority of it and have to say the whole service was incredible. Sharon was always responsive, detailed in the info she gave us and always pushed to get things done in a timely manner, despite a few hiccups that were out of ours and her control along the way. I’d highly recommend using THINK estate agents.

GoogleThink were great from start to finish. Super fast to get our property live and the quality of the photos and video was really good. Everyone we spoke to was great but Sharon looked after us throughout and was fantastic in keeping us up to date. At stressful times when solicitors weren’t engaging as we’d have hoped Sharon stepped in to take control and have us the reassurance we needed. Would highly recommend!

GoogleIncredibly helpful with the whole process, Sharon was very attentive and was easily contactable throughout. She understood my individual predicaments and situation and tailored her approach accordingly. I was out of the country for a good portion of the process and she always kept me updated and helped with any issue that arose that would have been difficult to deal with while out of the country. I would recommend the THINK estate agents to anyone.
