GoogleFrom the first veiwing to moving in the process with THINK has been so smooth enabling us to focus on all the positives of moving house rather than the stresses. Katie did so much to help us feel comfortable and explained everything so clearly making all of this a breeze. The level of support and communication is second to none and going through an agency has made everything seem so light and easy. So grateful to our landlord and to Katie from think, this house truly feels like home

GoogleApproaching my second year of renting through this agency, I'd like to recommend them. They're well-organised, ensuring a smooth experience. Communication is good, always responding promptly. Additionally, they provide solid support when it comes to addressing any house-related issues.

GoogleThe process from start to finish of renting my house out was so easy and smooth . Jade talked me through all of the ins and outs of renting including showing me pictures from where the check the house every so often to make sure it's being looked after which I found very reassuring. A big bonus was there wasn't much paperwork to fill in and any that was required was all done easily online. Jade kept me posted all the way through and let me know of any viewings after we had agreed on the tenants Jade kept me up to date on when proof of wage and references etc had been done and when tenants wanted to move in . I will definitely recommend Think to anyone looking to rent out a house.

GoogleAmazing from start to finish! Matt & Jack came out to value my property and put it on the market for me in Autumn 2023 and it sold within 6 weeks! Matt was my go to, throughout my house selling journey and without him, I don’t think it would have been as simple as it was! He was always on hand to help wherever he could, nothing was ever too much to ask. Any questions I had were always answered and done so very promptly! Matt really did go above and beyond. Although house selling and buying is such a serious and hard process, the positive attitude and the banter in between it all made everything seem that little bit easier! Matt is a brilliant asset to the THINK! Team and deserves every bit of recognition he gets! Thank you Matt!😀👏🏼 Highly recommend THINK! Estate agents!

GoogleHaving just purchased a property I experienced fantastic service from Think. Matt was brilliant keeping me updated regularly, really easy to get in contact with him using WhatsApp too. Any questions I had about the property went back to the seller and were communicated back to me within the hour. Matt also arranged additional visits to the property when requested, really nice guy and he was happy to help as much as possible. I would recommend Think to anyone. Thank you very much😀

GoogleI had a very nice experience with them. They are very helpful and responsive. I rented a semi-detached house with them, and Jade helped me out all through the progress. This was my first UK rental property, and I had a lot of questions and unfamiliarity with everything , but Jade was always there supporting, explaining, and helping. The whole team never was late for help or a reply when I needed it. Thanks, THINK estate, and special thanks to Jade.

GoogleWe have just moved into our dream home, which we purchased through Think Estate Agents. We also sold our former home through them. I can highly recommend Think to sell or buy through. They were very professional throughout. I was impressed with Jack's photography and video of our house, and he was very complimentary. Their marketing strategy works great. Matthew managed both our sale and purchase and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made sure we were updated regularly, and he helped push things when required. He was very proactive. We also dealt with Sharon, who negotiated our sale, and she was great in getting us a price we were happy with. They are competitively priced, and we're local to me, which helped when having to provide documentation. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.
