I recently asked Think to sell my house for me. The service from start to finish was immaculate. All the costings were clear and upfront. Calls and messages were answered really quickly. I especially liked that I had an assigned agent ( Sharon) who I could message directly. Nothing more annoying than being passed to various people and having to explain who you are and what you want numerous times! The photography was what initially attracted me to Think, far and away the best lighting and angles. Strongly recommend them as an agency.

Would highly recommend anyone to use THINK estate agents. Matthew was so helpful and reliable at getting our completion over the line and was very friendly and approachable over the phone regarding updates throughout the process. The whole process was handled very smoothly and professionally from the offset. Thanks again to all the team at THINK for their hard work.

We have been dealing with Sharon for the last 6 months and without her, I believe we could have been here for 6 months more!! She has always been available to answer any queries we had and to help chase up the seller/solicitors. Think use what’s app to communicate and I think it’s been really beneficial and good to use. Everyone appears to be lovely and we would definitely use them in the future. Thank you very much!!

We chose Think to sell our property as we wanted a trustworthy, proffessional service with local knowledge. And that's exactly what we got with Think. Our allocated representative was Matt who kept us informed at every step of the way via telephone and wattsapp group chats. No question was ever too much and answered immediately. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. But Matt was truly wonderful and went above and beyond on our behalf. Thank you so much Think.

The team at THINK were great during the whole process of selling our house, especially Sharon who handled our sale from start to finish and Aidan who fairly valued our property. Sharon was always on the ball chasing solicitors and liaising with the buyers to ensure a smooth process.
