GoogleMy husband and I have just completed our sale for our first home , we’ve dealt with Jo and katie throughout our process and they’ve been lovely ! Had no issues at all , they’ve been very friendly and helpful even put up with me pestering them all time 😂 I felt at ease with Jo and quite frequently she was more helpful than our solicitor. GoogleI cannot recommend these guys enough, from first calling to ask to view a properly advertised by themselves to then going on the market with them they have gone above and beyond at every stage. My first interaction with Cameron was so positive that my husband and I immediately decided we wanted to use The Property Hive over the estate agents we’d already arranged to have pictures taken with. We ended up in a tricky scenario on completion day where due to banking issues, it was touch and go if we’d be able to move on that day. Jo, Louise and everyone else in the office (apologies, I can’t remember everyone else’s names) moved heaven and earth to make sure everyone had somewhere safe to stay and at 16:55, everyone was finally given the go ahead to collect their keys. I honestly cannot recommend The Property Hive enough and after our experience of both buying and selling a property, I wouldn’t ever use anybody else.

GoogleWe sold a 1930’s house through Paul. Although it had been on the market for nearly three years Paul was confident that he would find a buyer and he did. He said he was aiming for the end of September, he sold it on 29th September! He then was able to get another viewing of a property we had seen sometime earlier. This suited our needs perfectly. Paul handed both these transactions extremely well. Keeping us informed of progress on both all the way. We are so glad that we trusted Paul to handle matters can’t recommend him highly enough. We will be recommending him and HIVE to anyone who needs property dealings. Once again thank you Paul for all your help.

GoogleIn a difficult market paul kept us up to date weekly with rightmove views of our property. As well as managing to get appropriate viewings through the door. This is so much more than a previous agent. Once we got a buyer he kept things moving. Again with weekly updates and chasing solicitor responses to get everything over the line. He made a stressful process that much better. Would 100% use again.

GoogleWe can’t thank Cameron enough for all his help! He made the process of selling our house much easier by always keeping us in the loop. Thanks to his hard work, we sold our home really quickly, which meant we were able to secure the new house we’d been hoping for. GoogleMy experience of selling my property through The Property Hive was not very good. I found them very difficult to contact, when I left messages nobody telephoned back. Not many slots were available for clients to book a viewing on line. At the time they were not doing viewings at weekends. On one occasion the person doing the viewing turned up late and the clients had left. Feedback was very patchy. I complained to management several times but things didn't improve and I eventually withdrew my property. I had been told at our initial meeting no sale no fee but despite this had to pay £250 withdrawal fee even though I'd given them plenty of time to sell the property. I certainly would recommend that if you are thinking of selling your property try booking a few viewings with them first to see what service you get.

It doesn’t seem that your experience is consistent with the high standards we attain for so many of our clients, with clear communication and a smooth process. We did want to take the opportunity to clarify a couple of points. We do provide a viewing service with out-of-hours and weekend availability, and as you would expect, it is very popular with house hunters. Feedback is always requested from viewers following appointments, and we pass this on as soon as it is received. We’re sorry if this did not come across as promptly as expected in this instance. With regards to our fees, these are clearly set out in writing, so there is no confusion, and you would never have to pay anything unless you complete a sale of your property or decide you no longer want to sell. We understand moving can be a stressful time, and we do genuinely wish you the very best for the future and will always take on board any feedback, which will only help make us even better.

GoogleAfter marketing previously with two other estate agents and being unimpressed with their efforts, we signed up with The Property Hive on a friends recommendation. Cameron was assigned to look after the marketing of our property and despite a long wait to find a buyer we are more than satisfied with his and in fact all the other members of Hive that we dealt with. Cameron's communications and knowledge has been excellent and his advice and assistance have been greatly appreciated. Prior to Cameron taking over our sale, we had Tanya as our contact and again we can only praise her for her excellent service. After we received and accepted an offer for our property the process was handed over to their “sales progressor” Jo. She was our light at the end of the tunnel who gave us hope and information that we could not extract from solicitors! She was a delight to communicate with and helped us tremendously in what was a very stressful period. As a result I can honestly say I can recommend The Property Hive to anyone looking to sell their property. All in all a great team!
