They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!

GoogleI wanted to share my experience with Hive and Partners to provide some feedback to them. I have spoken with them before and had a fantastic experience.
I called them to book a property valuation for my 2 bed leasehold flat in Bournemouth, I was very open and honest regarding the property details, and they seemed more than enthusiastic to come and talk to me and value the property.
When the agent arrived all seemed well, we had a discussion regarding the property being in the middle of redecorating and the carpets needing to be replaced, perfectly normal things.
I was then told that Hive and Partners are moving away from operating in the Bournemouth area, specifically leasehold flats, and are more focused on Wareham, Ferndown and Ringwood.
None of these points are issues, but it would have been preferable had this information been told to me over the phone during our initial conversation, as I wouldn't have gone through with organising a valuation.
What did leave me unsettled was the seemingly judgemental "feedback" I received. I have spoken to other estate agents in the area with their extensive knowledge and we were confident on the valuation received at £180,000 from them.
I was then told "you would be lucky to get that price, maybe £170,00" which was delivered in quite a flippant and judgemental tone. Obviously variations in valuation is to be expected, but to be given it in such a flippant, judgemental and blunt manner was not an acceptable experience.
I hope this experience isn't the standard, and it may just be the individual I spoke to on that particular day. Regardless of the fact that my property is not a 5 bed mansion in Sandbanks, it is still my home. To be quite frankly judged on it was not a pleasant experience and hopefully not one someone else has to go through.
I was given honest feedback at the time that Hive wouldn't be the best estate agent for my needs which I appreciated! I am glad they didn't try and convince me to go with them when we both came to the conclusion it wouldn't be the best partnership.
I won't hold this against the individual, or the company, I am sure Hive and Partners are extremely pleasant to deal with, especially based on other reviews.
I just hope my experience can be taken on board.

GoogleThe staff, all of them worked hartbto complete the sale, which happened only today, even though my beautiful spacious bungalow was on market for nearly 9 months for which the strategy of the policy makers/ directors of the estate agents could be the cause. It is only a second house I owned in my life and only the second one I sold in the last 40 years. Making allowance for the downward trend of the market, the same buyers kept me dangling on the line once they knew there were t any other enquiries which was because the property virtually went off the market as subject to contract ( other estate agents told me !after I considered a switch)even though there was no commitment from the buyers and they only succeeded in getting the price down and
I followed the advice of the estate agents. There was be something wrong in their approach is my opinion. I was desperate for a sale as I don’t have much time at 80! Smaller properties were sold aplenty by the agents but mine was a hot potato being a larger property and changed hands of many selling agents in the company - Mark, and other ladies.
Louse, Tanya and Jo- did an excellent job of what was a difficult proposition and I don’t blame them as they only tried to do the best of the worst situation. Did any suggestion come to me or discussion with me as the seller? As the other properties were selling the company seemed to be happy. There was hardly any active or meaningful discussion. Maybe I was expecting too much. I felt I had no choice. Maybe I was naive.or not adventurous enough to try a different horse.
Anyway, now it is sold, and thankful to them.
