GoogleAn amazing Company. One I share with anyone who is trying to sell their property. Transaction for me was HIVE selling a good friend of mine's house. Within two weeks it was sold Subject to Contract etc. Long live HIVE and the people who work there.

It is unusual to find products and services where you can say this in all honesty, many services over-sell themselves and/or under-deliver. But in the recent & current fragility of the economy, and with a number of disappointments with other agencies leading up to our successful purchase, James provided us with superb support professionally in a very human and personal way too. GoogleWe have been impressed by Tracy since she first called at our property She very quickly felt like a friend and someone we could trust. Never a day went by when she did not get in touch to keep us informed. She was positive and proactive making a point of becoming very knowledgeable about our property and was always able to show it off to its best advantage. Tracey was very innovative and creative and worked with us and the HIVE media team to effectively market our house. If you are selling your house you need Tracey. HIVE offered to sell our house in 4 weeks and to our surprise sold it in 13 days.

GoogleJames and Nicole are absolutely amazing at what they do! As first time buyers we were quite nervous about the process but James definitely made us feel better. He was always going above expectations to support us in quickly getting answers to any questions and even helped us with printing documents and dropping them to us at short notice. Thank you! Nicole is a very warm supportive person who is always available to help. Without her we would still be waiting for answers. She offered amazing advice and made me feel very supported even when we had other challenges. We can’t thank you both enough! We would highly recommend Hive and I know we will definitely be using them again in the future!

GoogleAbsolutely incredible from start to finish. I had been up for sale for a long time and my house just wasn’t selling. I switched to Hive and they were incredible from the get go. James Evans is fantastic at what he does and sold my house in 3.5 weeks! Huge thank you to James and also to Nicole who was fantastic at progressing my sale. Thank you both SO much. I am now able to start my new chapter in my wonderful new home with my children. I’d recommend Hive to anyone and everyone!

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a property we brought through Hive. We had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey, she was fantastic!! I cannot recommend her highly enough and I already have recommended her to some of my customers who are looking to sell their houses. She had such amazing energy and was so lovely we genuinely felt lucky to have met her. Nothing was/is too much trouble any time of day we had anything to ask Tracey was available and happy to help. You could tell that they actually cared for their sellers and always had their interest as their primary focus. The service was friendly and handled with sensitivity throughout such that Hive will be our preferred agent if we need to sell again in the future, recommended without reservation.
