GoogleVery competitive price, quick communication, smooth sale, special thing about them is the quote that was agreed initially, that was the final bill. No extra, hidden charges. Would definitely recommend them. Jo was brilliant from start till end, she kept me informed through out the process. Sylvia explained the whole journey at the time valuation.

GoogleWe’re in the process of selling our house and from the moment Sylvia came to value it, it’s been amazing! She gave us some advice on how to spruce it up, was transparent with her valuation and prices etc, and waited whilst we got a few things in order so we could get it on the market! We’re finally all sorted and looking forward to the next step in our journey, which I’m sure will be just as good! Thank you Sylvia 🙂

GoogleHive & Partners have been fantastic in managing a very tricky sale on my behalf and I would highly recommend them. They really earned their commission and Angie Hazell especially, consistently went above and beyond what was required in order to secure the sale. Thank you so much!

GoogleIt was a pleasure engaging the services of this company from the start of the process to the final selling date. Throughout the entire process everyone that I dealt with was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The communication process was always prompt. Any worries I had, I only had to call and the issue was dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of The Property Hive if you have a house to sell. Google5 stars without hesitation. The whole team at The Property Hive have been exceptional in the sale of my property which has not been straight forward. They have acted professionally every step of the way while also maintaining a patient and friendly manner. My advice is if you have property to sell get in touch with these guys and let them handle it.

GoogleHaving sold my home with The Hive, I can confidently recommend this friendly, efficient team. I was pleased that the whole team, through weekly meetings, were all aware of my sales progress. I must have spoken to every member of staff, and I felt that they all did their utmost to help. However, from day one to completion, I was supported by Louise, who's up to date knowledge of the ever changing market led to a sale at a difficult time for sellers. Louise was in regular contact and was always available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns that were dealt with immediately. Louise gained by complete trust and respect.
Hi Linda, thank you for this very thorough and positive review 😊 We really appreciate the recommendation, and are proud to hear that our aims and values as a company to be the most approachable, helpful and efficient agent have shone through. Louise is a fantastic and driven member of the team, and are happy to have taken you throughout this journey.

GoogleChris has been absolutely amazing. He has seen me and my partner through the purchase of our first house together and with neither of us having much experience in buying properties before, Chris has been very informative and patient with us throughout. Tanya has also been amazing in assisting in the sale of my property. Both have kept us up to date along the process and couldn’t have been more helpful! I highly reccomend The Property Hive and both of these individuals if you are looking to buy/sell a house. Amazing service and thank you again to both!
