GoogleVery competitive price, quick communication, smooth sale, special thing about them is the quote that was agreed initially, that was the final bill. No extra, hidden charges. Would definitely recommend them. Jo was brilliant from start till end, she kept me informed through out the process. Sylvia explained the whole journey at the time valuation.

GoogleWe’re in the process of selling our house and from the moment Sylvia came to value it, it’s been amazing! She gave us some advice on how to spruce it up, was transparent with her valuation and prices etc, and waited whilst we got a few things in order so we could get it on the market! Google5 stars without hesitation. The whole team at The Property Hive have been exceptional in the sale of my property which has not been straight forward. They have acted professionally every step of the way while also maintaining a patient and friendly manner. My advice is if you have property to sell get in touch with these guys and let them handle it.

GoogleHaving sold my home with The Hive, I can confidently recommend this friendly, efficient team. I was pleased that the whole team, through weekly meetings, were all aware of my sales progress. I must have spoken to every member of staff, and I felt that they all did their utmost to help. However, from day one to completion, I was supported by Louise, who's up to date knowledge of the ever changing market led to a sale at a difficult time for sellers. Louise was in regular contact and was always available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns that were dealt with immediately. Louise gained by complete trust and respect.
