GoogleFrom start to finish I couldn't fault these guys. We bought our first house through them 4 years ago and recently sold though them, its a shame we didn't manage to buy through them this time. But they will always be our selling agent. Thank you

GoogleWhat an absolutely fantastic team at Temme English, Colchester! They were professional, efficient and supportive throughout a long and annoying sale (not a reflection on them - rubbish solicitors!) From the minute Carl valued my house I knew I was in good hands. Then with the expertise of Peter, my house was sold within a week! I can't thank Carl and Peter enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks guys 😊😊😊

GoogleInitially I was sceptical to move from my current estate agent as my family has been with them for years, but I glad I did. Temme English took the pain away of selling my house, mostly because their staff treated me well and the entire process had a personal feel to it. I was kept updated when needed and had a good flow of buyers visit my property in the first couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Temme English, they seem to have got it right. If you have had your property on the market for a few months with no real success, I suggest you give these guys a call. Rupert from Colchester

GoogleWorst service I have ever received in my life. First of all, they like to disclose other parties offers on properties in order for you to counter-offer, which equals more commission for them (which is obviously all they actually care about) so don't think for one second your offer won't be told to other prospective buyers. We made an offer on a property which was ACCEPTED. Dean called my partner to say congratulations, your offer has been accepted. (They failed to tell us the property had anymore viewings) Only to get a phone call the following day to say they had another viewing today and that another buyer made a higher offer which was accepted. He then had the audacity to add further insult by telling us he had another property for sale which is similar and did we want to view it tomorrow. As if we would EVER use this agent again! I'll be sure everyone finds out what liars work at this agent. Absolute horrendous company with no morals or principles, all they are after is commission, and you will be gazumped at the first opportunity!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every agent has an obligation to qualify buyers to prove they are financially able to buy the property so sellers are best protected before incurring costs. Without documentation to suggest buyers are able to financially purchase a property, we would be wrong to remove any home from the market. This procedure was emailed to you yesterday. To slander and insult staff is unjustified and is undeserved on a personal level to the good people we employ. I am sorry the outcome felt unfair to you but we won't and cannot withhold other offers received to our clients and have to act on our clients instructions based on the facts put to them. We are members of The Property Ombudsman Service and invite you to get in touch with them so they can ensure you that we have acted in the correct way.

GoogleI have sold two properties in the Colchester area over the last couple of years. Both times I have used Carl and the team and would not hesitate in recommending them for their honest and professional approach. From the standard of Carl's photography at the beginning to Tonya's assistance towards the end I could not have hoped for better. With the second house Jake was my main contact and all viewings were done very well with good feedback. As I do not live in Essex it was very important to use an agent I could trust.

GoogleGenuine Estate Agents who actually care. Very rare you come across a group of people as committed and helpful. Highly Reliable, true to their words and had very clear communication strategy. Always ready with solutions and as a customer, they made you feel very special. Selling can be a painful process but these guys kept ticking me over and offered me solutions at every step of the way. I would recommend Temme English for how things are done proper. Absolute Stars you guys - Tonya, Jake, Nathan, Carl and the entire team. 11/10. Highly recommend.

The team there are absolutely brilliant especially Karl and Tonya who have made the process of selling our property very easy and as stress free as possible! GoogleUseless in my experience. Tried on 3 occasions to view a property. Never had viewing request via Rightmove. Weeks later called and was suppose to get call to confirm never did. Called back 3 days later again suppose to get call back and never. This property been in Rightmove nearly a year. Not surprised to be honest.
Dear Mr Kelly I am sorry and shocked to read such a poor review. We do not for one minute think we are perfect but the experience you state is to the extreme and way out of character for us. In addition I don't believe we have a home currently listed that has been for sale for almost a year as you stated.
