Wow what can I say about Taylors (Torbay) Ltd! From the point of valuation to the completion day Taylors provided an exceptional service and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding work during the Covid pandemic and lockdown. Paula and the team in the office were always a pleasure to deal with and whilst the very lengthy chain came with some unexpected issues Debbie consistently provided excellent progress updates during the process. Thank you Taylors I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property in the Torbay areaPositiveProfessionalism

Taylors are a very friendly and effective estate agency team. Successful in finding buyers for our house and, importantly, managing the after sales process, involving communicating up and down the chain. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do it all with a very professional pleasant manner. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Have just completed on the sale of my mothers retirement flat in Paignton. I was always notified about viewings and feedback afterwards was always speedy, unlike some other agents I had previously used. Once a buyer was found then Debbie kept in constant contact with me, at least once a week, sometimes twice so that I always knew what was going on. She also kept in touch with my, and the buyers, solicitor. Leo and Paula were also very helpful so all in all I would definitely recommend Taylors to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I noticed the property on rightmove early in the morning prior to work. I called into the paignton office and spoke to Paula (sales negotiator). She was very helpful and professional and booked me in for a viewing that evening. On attending the viewing Paula was punctual and professional with a good rapport. She was knowledgeable about the property and the viewing was a delightful experience. I put a full asking price offer in there and then. Whilst still in the property Paula even took the time to speak to my estate agents to quantify my position and the chain. She said she would inform the vendors of my offer and get back to me .....well omg she did after her working hours which is definately going the extra mile (offer accepted). Email as promised the next day regarding documents etc needed and upon going to office Paula , Ella and other lady present were very professional and took the time to sort documentation out and discuss the chain and processes in a professional but friendly manner. Definately a 5 star experience and look forward to completion and moving day. Book viewing , to viewing , to offer accepted 9 hours and to verify details less than 24 hours. Well done Paula!!!! and your colleagues for assisting too (thank you also! )PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have moved 16 times in our lives and this move has been the best with communication. Debbie at Taylors has chased our solicitor and kept us up to date every week. She has informed us at every stage with our chain. The staff at Taylors in Paignton are always polite in these times of COVID; they have met our needs for viewing our new property. Thank you Paula, Gabi, Hollie & Ellie @ TaylorsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From start to finish, the whole process was handled very professionally and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with Debbie, who called us on a weekly basis keeping us informed of all developments. Without her help and assistance, the experience would have been a lot more stressful than it was. We would highly recommend Taylors without hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Although Taylors were not selling my property, they were selling the house i was buying. They were extremely proactive throughout the purchase, with director Debbie phoning my solicitor to check on progress, and reporting back to me every week. I think it made the whole process much smoother and less stressful . They really went the extra mile to be supportive and helpfulPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
