GoogleThank you to Lauren she valued my partners house and has given us great advice. Not like dealing with typical estate agents that tell you what you want to hear, more like getting advice and chatting with a friend. We highly recommend Taylor’s.

GooglePaula helped me every step of the way, and she achieved asking price +, within two days of the house being marketed. All my questions were answered accurately and honestly, and I was treated in a first class manner. I was also given regular feedback and updates. Paula instinctively knows the market, understands clients needs and anxieties, and she is clearly performing at the top of her game. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

GooglePaula is an exceptional estate agent - she is responsive, professional and genuine. Nothing is too much trouble; Paula takes the time to discuss your thoughts, ideas and plans and takes a genuine interest. She is extremely knowledgeable about the houses, the market and surrounding areas and has a knack of making you feel valued. GoogleWow what can I say about Taylors (Torbay) Ltd! From the point of valuation to the completion day Taylors provided an exceptional service and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding work during the Covid pandemic and lockdown. Paula and the team in the office were always a pleasure to deal with and whilst the very lengthy chain came with some unexpected issues Debbie consistently provided excellent progress updates during the process. Thank you Taylors I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property in the Torbay areaPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHave just completed on the sale of my mothers retirement flat in Paignton. I was always notified about viewings and feedback afterwards was always speedy, unlike some other agents I had previously used. Once a buyer was found then Debbie kept in constant contact with me, at least once a week, sometimes twice so that I always knew what was going on. She also kept in touch with my, and the buyers, solicitor. Leo and Paula were also very helpful so all in all I would definitely recommend Taylors to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you Jan. We are all very pleased for you that this has all gone through now. Take Care. Regards Leo
