GoogleAfter 15 months of disappointment on the market and 3 different estate agents, I took a punt on Taylors. I asked specifically for Piers as I’d met him at a viewing and he’d maintained regular contact (trying to persuade me to go with Taylors!). I really wish I’d listened and made the move sooner. Piers went above and beyond to secure a sale for me - which he did, within 2 months on the market! As an agent, he was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble - I’ve recommended him/Taylors to friends and will continue to do so. Taylors then helped secure my purchase (also listed with them) - a property that I had been desperate to buy for the best part of a year!
I have also got to mention the incredible Sales Progression team - Jodie is an absolute superstar! She has made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Her regular communication and explanations every step of the way has been invaluable.
From first listing with Taylors to completing on my dream property has taken 6 months. There were times I didn’t think I’d ever get to this stage and I genuinely feel like I wouldn’t had I not moved to them. Eternally grateful!

GoogleRyan was excellent throughout our property search. He was attentive, hardworking and genuinely listened to our brief. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, confirmed suitable options, and also opened up some appropriate alternative properties that we may not otherwise have considered. His communication was clear, helpful and professional throughout. I’d be very happy to recommend Ryan and the team at Taylors.

I believe you have the wrong estate agents.
You are not on our mailing list, you have not viewed any properties.
We do not have a female negotiator with young children
Please be aware that there is another Taylors ?

GoogleTaylor's seemed to be ok at first but I feel they messy about quite a lot when it comes to houses. I appreciate they need to make money and commission but twice I entered bids on a house which the estate agents said they should take then they ring me saying they have gone with someone else because of the deposit which I'm confused by as that doesn't affect getting the mortgage. I already have a deposit etc.
feel like I've been messed about. I personally won't be using these guys for my next house/ mortgage as I don't feel it's been 100% professional but that's not to say it's all bad they done well for others.

Ryan tells me how disappointed you were to lose this property.
Unfortunately as you were advised the other buyer was in a stronger position and the house seller picked them as a direct consequence.
