Having switched to Taylor’s when not happy with another agent, what a difference! It felt like the whole team were on board to support with the sale of my late mum’s property. Very proactive with regular update calls and advice, all staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Once an offer was accepted the support carried on throughout the whole process, linking with solicitors and helping to move the process on. I had a few problems along my journey, but the staff were always there to help me. Once my house was sold I had a sales progressor called Jodie. She was always there for me and helped steer me through the progression. It all went through today. Even yesterday on her day off she on the phone doing everything she could to get me through it.
