The photos Jude took of our house with his AI camera were totally amazing. If you sell through Taylors of Paignton be sure to get Jude to take pics with his special camera. **Update*** our house sale completion happened yesterday. We would like to thank Debbie and Jon for exceptional effort. Jon has the ability to be more than just an estate agent. He offered real support and invaluable advice gained from years of experience. Having switched to Taylor’s when not happy with another agent, what a difference! It felt like the whole team were on board to support with the sale of my late mum’s property. Very proactive with regular update calls and advice, all staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Once an offer was accepted the support carried on throughout the whole process, linking with solicitors and helping to move the process on. I dont often write reviews but credit where credits due, this company have been amazing. I was dealing with a few agents, looking at various properties, but this is the only one that went out of their way to help and support me in finding properties to suit my needs, leading me to find a properties which hopefully will be my dream home for me and my children. 5 STAR!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to another agent who was only interested in their money and wasn’t acting in my interest but the buyer!!! I can’t believe the difference when I went with Taylor’s, from the start Leo came to do a valuation and didn’t rush me with me whaffling! then the communication when Donna, Darcy and Jodie rung to book viewings making sure it was convenient and immediately sent a confirmation email then a text message prior to the viewings and an email feedback quickly. Harrison and Jude did the viewings and were always very respectful and polite. I had a call from Jodie congratulating me on exchange. Everyone at Taylor’s has been amazing, fantastic communication, very professional and friendly, nothing was too much bother from all of the team! although everyone was amazing I want to say a massive thank you to Paula and Debbie. Paula initially dealt with people Offering on my property. I sold 3 times, the previous two times the buyers pulled out! Paula rung me at 6.50pm after working hours to tell me rather than wait until the next day and was so emphatic! When I sold the third time and progressed Debbie took over and again ringing me out of office hours and even trying sort issues out numerous times on her days off!! Both Paula and Debbie have been amazing and gone above and beyond to get my sale!! It has not been an easy process and taken a long time but they both word endlessly and working in my best interest at all times!! Both Paula and Debbie told me to ring anytime I needed talk or chat things over as they knew I was a worrier! Taylor's seemed to be ok at first but I feel they messy about quite a lot when it comes to houses. I appreciate they need to make money and commission but twice I entered bids on a house which the estate agents said they should take then they ring me saying they have gone with someone else because of the deposit which I'm confused by as that doesn't affect getting the mortgage. I already have a deposit etc. feel like I've been messed about. I personally won't be using these guys for my next house/ mortgage as I don't feel it's been 100% professional but that's not to say it's all bad they done well for others.

Taylors provided a seamless service to me when selling my house, from the valuation through to the final steps with solicitors and completion. Darcie was great at getting us onto Rightmove and handling our setup. Paula and Harrison were excellent and carried out over 30 viewings, while Debbie advocated for our completion down to the last minute, chasing our solicitor and always letting me know the latest developments. We honestly couldn’t be happier with what Taylors have done for us. Taylor’s Estate Agents in Paignton were absolutely amazing from the beginning to end, despite our original buyer pulling out, they quickly secured a new one and still managed to maintain our purchase property all in a short period of time!
