Taylors were brilliant from start to finish. Taylors had an in depth knowledge of the market, and their advice on marketing my property was exceptional. The viewings they conducted with genuine buyers, and negotiated the offer on my property proficiently. I was particularly impressed with Debbie and the sales progression side. Weekly updates, along with detailed emails. This gave me a great level of confidence. Overall I can see why they have become a popular agent within the bay. Very hard working and the agent as a whole deserves the great reputation they have. I would recommend them to other businesses, family and friends. Thanks Luke

We have just sold and bought through Taylor’s Paignton office who have been absolutely brilliant ! Leo guided us extremely well putting our property on the market very quickly. Paula was fantastic and worked very hard to find us a buyer in a short amount of time ! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We had arranged to travel down from Oxfordshire to view a property, booked time off work, left early, booked accommodation and of course excited. However when we arrive I open my messages only to be told they had cancelled the viewing! So I’m angry, my wife and daughter upset. This is not the way you treat people. Not even a phone call a cowardly message.

Have just completed on the sale of my mothers retirement flat in Paignton. I was always notified about viewings and feedback afterwards was always speedy, unlike some other agents I had previously used. Once a buyer was found then Debbie kept in constant contact with me, at least once a week, sometimes twice so that I always knew what was going on. I noticed the property on rightmove early in the morning prior to work. I called into the paignton office and spoke to Paula (sales negotiator). She was very helpful and professional and booked me in for a viewing that evening. On attending the viewing Paula was punctual and professional with a good rapport. She was knowledgeable about the property and the viewing was a delightful experience. I put a full asking price offer in there and then. Whilst still in the property Paula even took the time to speak to my estate agents to quantify my position and the chain. She said she would inform the vendors of my offer and get back to me .....well omg she did after her working hours which is definately going the extra mile (offer accepted). Email as promised the next day regarding documents etc needed and upon going to office Paula , Ella and other lady present were very professional and took the time to sort documentation out and discuss the chain and processes in a professional but friendly manner. Definately a 5 star experience and look forward to completion and moving day. Book viewing , to viewing , to offer accepted 9 hours and to verify details less than 24 hours.
