GoogleWow what a refreshing professional agents ..They have pulled out all the stops for me..Thank you for a very exciting experience. We shown a property by Harrison, from Paignton Branch. He was very informative, courteous and mindful of what we were looking for. This young agent gives Taylor’s a outstanding service. I could not recommend them highly enough . We may not get the house we viewed but I would defiantly go back to Taylor’s with hesitation.
Thank you Vanessa for your kind review. Harrison says Thank you for the kind words too!

GoogleAfter my property had been languishing on the market for months with another agent, I appointed Taylors instead. Within two weeks they had it under offer at the desired price, and they saw it all the way through to completion. Don't reduce the price or go for gimmicky modern auctions, go to Taylors instead! Lauren, Debbie and all at Taylors- thank you so much :-)
Thank you for your kind words Annie. We are very glad we could be of assistance and help you achieve the best price and get it through to completion quickly and smoothly for you. We wish you all the best in the future. Kind Regards, Lauren

GoogleA special thanks to Harrison who was fantastic in helping me and my partner find our new home. He had shown us around a few properties. Harrison also linked us up with a mortgage broker, which gave us the best rates and made the process easier. Always showing up extra early, enthuastic and clearly passionate about the work he does. He gave us ideas in what we could change and we are now happily settled and first time buyers. Thank you to the rest of the team for clear and transparent communication throughout. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Thanks Stephanie we really appreciate you taking the time to give us such a great review!

GoogleTaylor’s are excellent they sold my home and then helped me through the whole process. Paula is amazing she answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Debbie and Jodie who dealt with the sales progression were both fabulous and when things were going wrong in the chain of sellers/buyers they helped me and made me less fraught. I really cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Thank you all.

GoogleLauren was a great help in dealing with my mother's estate; from providing a valuation for probate to an updated valuation when marketing the property for sale. She provided friendly, but consistent contact, with very good follow-up from the initial visit (not pushy, either). I found her, and the Taylor's team, very helpful to work with.
Thanks Charlotte!

She was very professional and knowledgable of both the property and local area, was great to chat to, plus made us feel at ease and of rushed whilst looking around. Would recommend Taylor’s (and Paula) as good local estate agents.

GoogleWith my wife having been an estate agent negotiator in the past, who we sold our house with was very important to us. We met Lauren and saw professional enthusiasm from the start. Having valued the property, Lauren completed the details including photos and got our property to market with speed and accuracy meaning we achieved an agreed sale quickly. Contact throughout was always good meaning we always felt in safe hands. We would be very happy to recommend her.

After marketing our property for almost 6 months with another agent with no offers, we met with Lauren who knew exactly what she was talking about and advised us the best way to get our house sold. GoogleTaylors were brilliant from start to finish. Taylors had an in depth knowledge of the market, and their advice on marketing my property was exceptional. The viewings they conducted with genuine buyers, and negotiated the offer on my property proficiently. I was particularly impressed with Debbie and the sales progression side. Weekly updates, along with detailed emails. This gave me a great level of confidence. Overall I can see why they have become a popular agent within the bay. Very hard working and the agent as a whole deserves the great reputation they have. I would recommend them to other businesses, family and friends. Thanks Luke
