Taylor’s are excellent they sold my home and then helped me through the whole process. Paula is amazing she answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Debbie and Jodie who dealt with the sales progression were both fabulous and when things were going wrong in the chain of sellers/buyers they helped me and made me less fraught. I really cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Thank you all.

Lauren was a great help in dealing with my mother's estate; from providing a valuation for probate to an updated valuation when marketing the property for sale. She provided friendly, but consistent contact, with very good follow-up from the initial visit (not pushy, either). I found her, and the Taylor's team, very helpful to work with.

I had a positive experience as a buyer with Taylors whilst being shown round a property by Paula. She was very professional and knowledgable of both the property and local area, was great to chat to, plus made us feel at ease and of rushed whilst looking around. Would recommend Taylor’s (and Paula) as good local estate agents.

With my wife having been an estate agent negotiator in the past, who we sold our house with was very important to us. We met Lauren and saw professional enthusiasm from the start. Having valued the property, Lauren completed the details including photos and got our property to market with speed and accuracy meaning we achieved an agreed sale quickly. Contact throughout was always good meaning we always felt in safe hands. We would be very happy to recommend her.

Paula at Taylors was amazing! I can't recommend Taylors enough. I bought my house through them and they were brilliant. Paula went above and beyond and I can't thank her and the team at Taylors enough. If you are buying or selling don't even think about going elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant! After marketing our property for almost 6 months with another agent with no offers, we met with Lauren who knew exactly what she was talking about and advised us the best way to get our house sold. In 1 week she managed to get us 2 offers and our house sale agreed. I wouldn’t waste your time with another agent, if you want your house sold go to Lauren at Taylor’s

Amazing service. Lauren has been extremely helpful from the initial valuation she was extremely informative and made us feel relaxed about the selling process. She has managed to get us a buyer quickly and at the price we desired. I couldn’t recommend Lauren and the Taylor’s team more. If you want a 5 star service with 5 star staff then look no further.

Second time I have used Taylors and again they have gone above and beyond! Harrison did such a great job showing off my property that I achieved £10k over the asking price! Paula was very helpful and kept me in the loop at every stage of the negotiations. Leo and Jessica handled my queries in a timely and professional manner. A great team with a great result!! Thank you!

Taylors were brilliant from start to finish. Taylors had an in depth knowledge of the market, and their advice on marketing my property was exceptional. The viewings they conducted with genuine buyers, and negotiated the offer on my property proficiently. I was particularly impressed with Debbie and the sales progression side. Weekly updates, along with detailed emails. This gave me a great level of confidence. Overall I can see why they have become a popular agent within the bay. Very hard working and the agent as a whole deserves the great reputation they have. I would recommend them to other businesses, family and friends. Thanks Luke
