GoogleMalcolm at Tay Letting was an incredible person to work with as my wife and I relocated overseas from the US to Edinburgh. He provided virtual tours (pre-COVID) and was accommodating to the finest detail of our being remote at the time. Whenever (in the rare occasions) there was an issue, he and the team were quick to be on-site and resolve it. Beyond Malcolm, the rest of the team at Tay Letting seemed efficient and professional. All in all, the Tay Letting team made a very stressful move overseas manageable and enjoyable. Can't recommend them enough for anyone looking at renting properties in the wonderful city of Edinburgh.

GoogleTay Letting (Edinburgh) were great when we were looking for a property mid-pandemic, and were very accommodating to our limited time for viewings. Malcolm was super friendly and professional, and we appreciated the extra advice and tips about Edinburgh seeing as we were new to the area. Since moving into one of the properties they manage, we have found them to be very helpful with any questions we've had. I have been particularly impressed with the out of hours team which we have had to call for a leak and getting locked out of the apartment, both times we got a rapid response and the issues were resolved the same evening. Malcolm even went out of his way to let me back into the apartment with the spare key, saving me a hefty emergency locksmith fee, which I was incredibly grateful for!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI would just like advise people that I am annoyed and unhappy with this company’s customer’s service 2nd property I was supposed to be viewing with this company and on the day of the viewing they have cancelled both times. This has just wasted a lot of my time and I feel I have been let down. like I said this is not the first time in a matter of weeks.they have truly tarnished there reputation as I can see from other reviews

GoogleIt has been 10 days since I paid my deposit and nobody has got back to me after 1 email and 4 phone calls. EDIT: I have been contacted and given apologies for the lack of communication. In addition I have been allowed to move in the property earlier, which is what I had asked for.

GoogleIf you look at the good reviews they are all from landlords. So renters be warned! I found this property management company great when moving in. It was the moving out process that was a nightmare. They brought potential tenants to view the property without permission (or even asking me) despite me informing them clearly of unavailable dates and giving more than the required period of notice. To compensate illegally entering the property they offered me £50 compensation. The second time it happened and I complained they didn’t even contact me to apologize! Poor communication all round until I emailed the company director. They refunded deposit on the last possible day Renters if you have a choice between properties be wary of renting one managed by Tay Letting
