Tayletting have been great to work with throughout our tenancy. When there was an issue, there was a response and a resolution, and typically fairly quickly. While there were a few issues, as there always are with renting, whether directly within Tayletting's control or not, they were eventually resolved by the company and made staying at the flat a pleasure. The company are very communicative and efficient and it has made the last couple of years much simpler, particularly throughout the pandemic.

The best experience I've ever had with a letting agency! Myself and my flatmate rented a flat with Tay Letting for 9 months last year and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The experience with Tay has been fantastic. We have successfully moved into a property and we’re delighted with how easy the process was. Tay are professional and make the process simple for you. This was our first time letting so we had many questions but everything was explained clearly.
