GoogleThis was the first time I used an agency for renting a place, but the service Raakhee provided was perfect. She was extremely useful and helped me throughout the process from the beginning until to the very end :).

GoogleWe recently completed on a house in Crouch End using Tatlers. Whilst it did drag on for quite a while Vimal was also on the other end of the phone with the latest updates. Happy to say we go there in the end and Vimal was fantastic through out

GoogleThank you to Raakhee for all your hard work and help getting our properties let quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone and will continue to use Tatlers in the future for our lettings.

GoogleI would like to send a review for Raakhee. I found Raakhee to be very pleasant on the phone and in person. She went out of her way to assist me. I rented a flat in Crouch End and she was very communicative. I highly recommend her.

GoogleAfter learning of a very late deadline at the top of our chain Leila pulled out all of the stops to ensure a number of very last minute requirements were in place ready for exchange. She picked up the slack that seemed to have crept into the process and worked hard to keep all parties in the chain moving in the right direction. I really don’t think we would have gotten over the line if it wasn’t for her focussed efforts.

GoogleI was very impressed with the professional service I received from Daniel Reid. Efficient communication, great help and regular update on the sale of the purchase were much better than the service I have received from other estate agents. Highly recommend Daniel and Talters Crouch End.

GoogleLeila at the Crouch End office was superb throughout the whole process. We have been very happy with all the advice that she has offered and we can't thank her enough for all of her help. I would recommend Tatlers (Crouch End) to anyone.

GoogleVery good service with the Lettings team at Tatlers, from my first meeting with Raakhee, through to the end. Found them to be generally responsive and practical and, importantly, their fees/rates were also very competitive.

GoogleI have worked with Raakhee for the last 8 years and she has always let my other properties. I am always very impressed by how meticulous and she gives an excellent service at all times and finds me tenants in good time. Happy to hear her suggestions about my properties. I would not hesitate to recommend Raakhee enough! Very professional service.

GoogleLeila has been a rock since day one for us. Buying and selling in the past very up and down year has been a real challenge and at times extremely stressful. Leila has not only been superb at tying all the ends together but has been a bright spark in the whole process making us less stressed whenever we popped in to see how things were going. We cannot recommend her or Tatlers highly enough and she has made our dream of buying and selling come true. Thank you so much!

GoogleA massive thank you to the Tatlers team and to Leila in particular for sticking with us through the sale of our flat. We originally used tatlers to get a buyer for our flat in 2015 but had to pull out of the sale when we found out we were expecting. A year or so later and it was back to tatlers this time for a successful sale. Leila was amazingly communicative and really worked hard to sell our property - both times! Thank you!

GoogleTatlers, especially Leila and Dinesh, provided an excellent service during our sale. They were very professional, communicative, helpful and thorough. We are very glad we chose them as our agents! No complaints at all :)

GoogleDefinitely a good experience, Raakhee was one of the few agents I met who was simply genuine and friendly throughout the whole experience. She answered all my questions as best as you could and didn't push me into anything. She also sorted out the move in in record time, I didn't expect to get the keys as early as I did but I'm glad we managed because now I don't have to worry about getting them the day before I start work.

GoogleWhat fantastic service from Tatlers Crouch End and especially from Dan Reid. From the outset, they have properly 'managed' the sale and we would recommend them to everyone. Dan has kept us updated on the sale of the property all the way through with regular updates and communication to both parties solicitors and ourselves. Five star service from a Five star company! Truly excellent!

GoogleRaakhee was helpful from start to finish. We don't live locally and she was of huge help in not only letting our flat but co ordinating workmen and decorators to fix bits before the new tenants moved in. Always responsive and very straightforward to deal with. Would definitely recommend Raakhee and Tatlers as an agency.

GoogleAll the staff at Tatlers Crouch End were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Negotiating a flat sale is often a stressful process but the team at Tatlers did their very best to make it as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

GoogleAll the staff at Tatlers are friendly and helpful; buying our house through them was a smooth and enjoyable process. Leila worked so hard to keep things moving and working towards our tight deadline. I would really recommend them!

GoogleI was very impressed with Tatlers and the service I received from Raakhee. Raakhee was professional throughout and made the whole experience from start to end a very smooth one. She went above and beyond what was expected and was very pleasant and helpful. I have a property portfolio and have worked with many agencies throughout London, my experience with Tatlers is definitely one of the best.

GoogleWe've recently exchanged on a property purchase through Tatlers. There was a rather complicated chain and Leila, at Tatlers, was instrumental in making this a success for us. She was our contact from the first viewing through to exchange, and she provided an excellent level of service including clear and continuing communication, chasing parties and solicitors effectively to resolve issues, and building a trusting relationship between the vendors and us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her in future. Thank you for all your hard work !

GoogleThe whole Tatlers team was fantastic from start to finish. We “interviewed” 4 estate agents in Crouch End before choosing Tatlers but we warmed to the Tatlers' team straight away. Their valuation was spot on (no attempt to over-inflate the price to win business) and fee wise they offered a competitive rate at the outset which avoided the awkward negotiation that is so common from my past experiences. Particulars were prepared quickly and professionally (and we were very impressed with the photos!). We knew Tatlers would be respectful and transparent with viewings and they absolutely were. They were even patient when I forgot to disable the alarm and left Vimal with ringing ears during a viewing which must have been embarrassing. Once buyers were found, Leila was superb. She was clear with her recommendations at offer stage and was communicative, responsive and prompt in all our subsequent dealings with her from then on. Our transaction, like so many others, had more than its fair share of difficulties (none were anything to do with Tatlers though!) but Leila and the team handled each one deftly. I am absolutely confident that had we chosen another estate agent in Crouch End our sale would have collapsed. As we approach completion, I am deeply sad that Tatlers are not also selling the property we are hoping to buy as I will miss the security and comfort of knowing that Leila has everything in hand. You could choose another estate agent in Crouch End, but in my opinion you’d be mad to.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have worked with Raakhee Lohur many times and have always received an excellent service. Very competent and dependable. Would recommend her to anyone.

GoogleHave dealt with many selling agents and have never had service like this before from the Tatlers team at Crouch End. Could not recommend them highly enough (5 out of 5) for effort, courtesy and professionalism. They really do know what they are doing, and there is lots of common sense, help and advice above and beyond the call of duty. Most of all would trust them absolutely. Cannot thank Dinesh and Ellie enough.

GoogleSo pleased I went in to talk to Tatlers about my move that day. They looked after the sale of my house and also found me the perfect flat. The staff team are lovely and so supportive, on the case and keeping me regularly updated and calm throughout. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
