GoogleDan Reid provided an absolute superb service and cannot be praised highly enough. I was in a chain of 7 and Dan stepped in at a difficult time as my previous buyers withdrew (for personal reasons) at the last moment. I needed to secure new buyers quickly and received an offer for the full asking place on the same day that the previous buyers withdrew.
We needed to move quickly and Dan went above and beyond in pro actively keeping the entire chain up to date with developments and in ensuring that the sale proceeded promptly. In addition, my vendor did not have an agent, so Dan had to do more of the work than could generally be anticipated: he did this cheerfully and without complaint. Dan also worked very hard to ensure that my vendor's vendor (who was particularly anxious) was kept reassured as to timetable and general progress.
One of Dan's biggest strengths is that he is very prompt in returning calls and pro active at making contact in the first place; as the client you are never left chasing him! Dan was a rock: a reassuring presence in the general turmoil, which inevitably results from such a long chain. Dan was an absolute star from start to finish and his support ensured that stress was kept to the minimum and at a manageable level!

GoogleWe received an excellent, professional and friendly service from Hristina and Anthony at Tatlers, who walked us through the process without putting us under pressure. Flexible, available and quick to respond to queries, they ensured the process of letting our flat was as painless as possible. We can recommend for all those looking to let their property in the Muswell Hill area.

GoogleRaakhee has helped me twice find tenants for my property. She is always very professional, helpful and positive. She is also very flexible and unlike many estate agents she genuinely cares about providing a good service. I have been dealing with estate agents both as a landlord and as a buyer / seller for many years and I must say that Raakhee stands out as one of the best.

GoogleI recently decided to change estate agents and use Tatlers to rent out my flat. Raakhee and Esteban were so friendly and helpful and they managed to find me an extremely lovely tenant within a matter of weeks. Very happy with the service I received so far. Thanks guys!

GoogleWe moved into our new place a few days ago and Vimal was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. We were in a chain of three and the transaction itself was quite complex. Vimal was a brilliant communicator and managed the whole chain making sure to keep everyone in the loop with progress rather than committing to unrealistic deadlines. He was able to get signatures on documents within days (rather than the weeks I had been told by other parties it would take) and it's only through his efforts that we completed. I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone thinking of moving.

GoogleA great agency overall. The viewings were booked quickly and efficiently, with their recommended properties both being very relevant to my needs. Communication was easy and I was contact immediately following the booking and on the day of the viewing to confirm. Raakhee was there on time and was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. Both properties showed well, although one needed a little work, which the agent agreed with. Unfortunately did not decide on either of the properties, but Raakhee was kind and understanding throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have just let our 2 bed flat through Tatlers in Crouch End. From the initial visit by Raakhee it has been plain sailing. The service provided was freindly, efficient and professional. We were informed at every stage of the process by both Raakhee and Esteban. We now have two very good tenants and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommended.

GoogleThanks to Tatlers, and specifically to Dan Reid, we sold our house quickly, for a good offer, in a difficult market. We'd tried to sell before with another agency but had no luck. Daniel handled the sale efficiently and found us a great buyer. Recommended.

GoogleIve rented a flat out through Tatlers for 9 years and they have always been great, and secured me great tenants, but this occasion rentals manager Raakhee was amazing, coordinating tradesmen, updating me with works ( I live in Australia so thats useful!), sending me photos and doing it all with a really cheery attitude. GoogleWe have just purchased a property in Crouch End and Dan Reid was absolutely brilliant. So efficient and made the process so easy. I had a terrible experience with the agency who sold mine and it was such a relief to be dealing with Dan. Cannot recommend him enough. We shall be using Tatlers and Dan specifically if we decide to sell. Thanks so much.
