GoogleAs a conveyancing solicitor I work with many agents. Some agents are good to work with, some less so. Diellza at Tattlers Estate Agents was FANTASTIC! Rather than just endlessly badgering for exchange and completion and updates, Diellza was more focused on the transaction as a whole and moving it along as swiftly and stress free as possible for both the buyer and the seller. A plus for me was that Diellza let me get on and do my job and was there when I needed support and assistance in following matters up or getting hold of other parties. She also obviously did a good job with the negotiations as my buyer clients paid over the asking for their property!!!! I would highly recommend Diellza and I hope to work with her again in the near future.

GoogleTatlers were brilliant on our recent house sale. They were personable, very flexible and achieved a quick sale of our house in some challenging circumstances for our ongoing purchase. Vimal and Diellza were excellent, always available and always put our best interests front and centre.

GoogleI had a very positive experience going through a complicated chain process. Ms Gjerqeku went the extra mile to ensure the conveyancing was completed on time despite problems and helped to reduce the accompanying levels of stress !

GoogleHad to chase them up for a valuation after being made to wait. Then got a one line email response with their sale valuation figure. Very lazy and not what I asked for or expected.

GoogleTatlers in Crouch End sold our 4 bedroom house and were brilliant throughout the whole process - from valuation to completion Vimal and Diellza couldn't have been more helpful. They even navigated getting tricky paperwork out of Haringey council. Always available on the phone, always honest and always lovely to deal with. GoogleVimal & Marcus helped ease dealing with the sale of my property - they were unfazed by solicitors who seemed to enjoy slowing the process continually and definitely earned their commission! Thank you!

GoogleDiellza and the team at Tatlers Crouch End were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our purchase. We were part of a chain with 6 other sales and Diellza took it upon herself to manage the other agents and conveyancers in the chain to make sure it all got over the line. She was always happy to go above and beyond the usual scope of her role and was a pleasure to deal with at every turn. Thanks, Diellza!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
