GoogleCannot recommend this estate agents enough. Such a caring and lovely team. I dealt with Maxine and she is magnificent. She handled everything perfectly. I just noticed that the lady who was on the other side of the house sale left an equally nice review so that shows you how fantastic they are. Well done 👌👌

GoogleMaxine. Emmerson and her staff at the Queensbury branch of Sugdens were outstanding in the sale of my late mother's house. In spite of some difficulties, they were unfailingly helpful, polite and resourceful. Maxine is someone who goes the extra mile, and we can't thank her enough. Janet Chapman.

GoogleThey used to charge high fees for applications and if you were unsuccesful they wouldn't give you a reason. Making themselves over £100 a pop. Thankfully the government has now made this unlawful and rightfully so.NegativeValue
