GoogleI was interested in viewing a property, which was well within my financial means. I was given a date and time to view the property. I was asked if i worked i responded i was in receipt of benefits. I was then told i couldn't view the property as the landlord doesn't accept people on benefits. This is illegal and i thought such a long standing estate/letting agency would know that. Bradford Idle branch.

GoogleWe did the usual 3 sales valuations Sugdens were the better option in expected price etc. We were kept in the loop on every step via email phone calls etc everything ran smoothly I would have no hesitation in recommending them

GoogleI booked a valuation through Sugdens and I dealt with a girl called Ruby. I was very impressed with her as she took the time on the morning of the valuation to call me and check that I was still happy with the arrangements and that nothing had changed.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Ruby and Louise communication and keeping you updated I'll give 20/10!!! Never had to chase up once!!! Fantastic letting agents as well was advised to sell after my last Tennant wanted out early of her contract and how right they were!!! Seamless and effortless and Mark is always available or gets back to you if you need to speak with him That makes a refreshing change to be able to get hold of the main person easily!!! Definitely would recommend

GoogleFor anyone looking for an efficient, reasonably priced estate agents, look no further. The last time I moved home was 28 years ago I heard so many negative comments regarding estate agents, so I have to admit I was scepical. From the first contact from Sugdens, I have to say I was impressed. The Sugden brothers were professional, honest and fully understand the market they are representing. The service from tbe girls in the office is second to none. Kept me up to date, every step of the way via calls , texts and emails. Always friendly, knowledgeable and up to speed with your property. Worth every penny. A happy customer.
