Recently moved out of a property on Birchway in Hayes, extremely impressed on how quick the check out was done, property inspection completed and return of deposit via DPS, I broke the light in the lounge and the agents quoted £90.00 labour and material to replace.... bare in mind it was a three light with fan! thought the cost was extremely reasonable and I didn't feel as though I was being ripped off on vacation. Hard working agents and clearly they do the right things as they too have refurbished there office and it looks sick!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD ADD INTERIOR DESIGN TO THERE SERVICES!
