Latest Reply 01/12/20 Thank you for the further information that you have provided on your review, I have since been able to do a further search & it has come to my attention that you are the joint tenant of ** Kingsway with your partner Miss Eccles. Please accept our apologies for not recognising your details as your partner is listed as lead tenant on our systems as all rental payments are made from her account. I have since looked into he matter & you are correct you were originally taking a property on Stratford Road, we understand your disappointment as the property was not to the standards you or we at Stones expect hence the reason after you withdrew your interest we terminated our services with the landlord. You then rented another property from us which was a new property conversion. As per your comments this is surprising that should you have found us dishonest you still took a property from Stones & we have not heard anything from you since you occupied from 28th Feb 2020 except on 12th Nov 2020 when you reported the leak in the porch. On this occasion it was explained to you that we do not manage the property but nevertheless we reported the matter to your landlord. You too have said we have taken advantage of your struggles, this I find a complete farcical as you have not been charged for anything whatsoever during your tenancy nor is the property you have occupied below council standards as it is a conversion that has been signed off by London Borough Of Hillingdon. We understand that you want a property fit for purpose & we hope that you have found that in Kingsway, I hope that it is returned in the same manner you leave it when you vacate. But then what we expect to what you do clearly is two different matters. We will be retaining a copy of this review & too share it with your current landlord so he is fully aware of all comments made. Finally I will state that we have not treated you in any ill mannered way and nor do we have a reason to, based on your AST you have to my knowledge been a good tenant whom has honoured there agreement. Going forward should you feel that we are what you think we are more than happy not to renew your tenancy in Feb 2021 therefore you can vacate & find an agent that is not dishonest & does not take advantage of your struggles! Stones have recently have increased all business activity for Sales & Lettings & as all the previous reviews demonstrate we have been very proactive & successful in achieving the desired results. As a result of this we have taken a vast amount of business from local estate agents and clearly this has not been taken kindly by them. We will not mention names but each agent is aware of the properties they have lost to Stones due to the lack of capability to achieve the correct result. GoogleHad my property on the market for over 5 months with another agent with no sale ,I decided too change estate agent too stones property in hayes.. Scott came over house and assured me they had clients looking for the type of my property, so we had two open days where around 30 people came and viewed my house ,,,within a few days I was offered full asking price... GoogleStones are a team of very authentic and genuine Estate Agents. To sell our house, after having a few quotes and all kinds of opinions from various other estate agents, we called Stones. Scott the incharge for valuations gave us a very realistic idea about the listing price, expected time scale and some staging tips.No sales pitch and other common sales tactics were used.Every bit of the information proved to be true at the end and we are proud of our judgement that we decided to go with them instead of choosing to go for any other estate agents around. They are not among the ones that initially would lure you into listing with all kinds of sales pitch and how they advertise your house all over the world and yet forget get a result at the end. We got the price that Scott had estimated. Stones are neither sweet talkers nor rude, they just get on with the job and get it done. Ranj will help you with best mortgage advice. Fees charged are old school & genuine to say the least. Ruban was the main contact throughout this and was as much involved and totally focused on this as much as we were. Huge credit to Ruban for all the work that we know he had put into this in the middle of covid situation. It is actually a relief to realise that such firms are still around. Thank you Scott, Ruban, Ranj, Sanjay and every single person at Stones. Make it convenient for viewings and watch them do the magic. GoogleI just wanted to give an insight to Stones Property & the Team. I have been renting from Stones for the past 5 years and during this period I have never had an issue with my landlord Mr Thind or Stones Property. When there has been a problem in the property the agents namely Sandeep & Ruban have helped and ensured that my family have not been put out for a lengthy period of time. We have rented before but found that Stones always take time out to go above and beyond. The Team has changed and my relatives have rented a property from Waran 3 years ago & the service standards were as I would expect. We today have rented another property from Stones for my relatives on Church Road. Dylan & Sanjay have been extremely helpful in Sandeep’s absent whilst he is in the process of opening a second office in Hillingdon. Stones are a young team with old school morals on how to give the best customer service! It’s nice to see the Team is progressing and that they are going strong is difficult times. Once again a first class service from the Team at Hayes..... keep up the good efforts!
