They were friendly, honest, and really on top of everything. They kept me updated throughout the process, gave solid advice, and handled any hiccups quickly and calmly.
What stood out most was how genuine they were. It never felt like just another transaction, they actually cared about getting the right result and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You don’t always get that with estate agents, but you do with these guys.
Everything went smoothly, and I ended up with a great outcome thanks to their hard work and professionalism. If all estate agents were like Scott and Serge at Stones, moving house would be a lot less stressful for everyone! Cheers guys 👍

GoogleWe had the valuation meeting scheduled. About 10-15 mins before the planned appointment i received a call to confirm the meeting, which I confirmed, and was told that agent will come shortly. He has never come. If they start cooperation in this way I don't think they are reliable company, so definitely will not use their services.

GoogleStones sold our flat in Hayes end recently and I have been really impressed with the way they carried out the sale. Selling a property is never easy and is time consuming however stones were always available to talk and explain the next steps, sometimes acting as the median between the buyer and their solicitors. I would recommend the team at stones from Scott and Courtney in sales to Ruban handling the latter phases. I had numerous discussions with Ruban in the end and every time we spoke he reassured it and moved the conversations to a resolution.

GoogleI am a tenant with Stones Property and I only have great things to say about them.
The team is professional, dedicated and kind. Any issues are resolved very quickly, and they are on top of any maintenance request made. They also will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner, and they go out of their way to help as much as they can. They are very easy to contact and respond to queries in a couple hours even when they are very busy.
Even before making an offer, they were very accommodating for the viewing as I had to come from another city, and kept in touch throughout. The team has a great communication amongst themselves and they all make one feel very comfortable.
I have to praise Serge, Sanj, Simrat and Courtney for their competence, professionalism and more importantly, for solving problems well and quickly, no matter how big or small.
