I was a first time buyer looking for a property in Hayes Middlesex, having visited various Estate Agents I found the services in Stones were exceptional. I was able to source a mortgage via Ranj who is the in-house Broker & I then was lucky enough to find a property through Stones Estate Agents who intern were able to refer me to Reemans Solicitors & with the aid of Kuldip Saud I was able to purchase within a short period of time. I would not hesitate in referring either Ranj @ Lawtons, Kuldip @ reemans or Waran @ Stones!

I recently rented a property through Stones Property in Hayes, I must say that I was quite suprised how easy it was from paying a reservation deposit to collecting keys. On move in I found there was a problem with the kitchen sink, Ruban was very proactive in arrange for an engineer to visit on the same day to fix the problem! I am pleasantly surprised at there efficiency and would not have an issues in referring them to friends and family.

DO NOT USE this agency If you are letting out a property. There are a number of reason why I say this No.1 from personal experience they are untruthful about tennets credit checks. No.2 they are unprofessional and unhelpful. No.3 they delay and deceive workload ie. Sending contractors to the house, took over a week and each day I was told they will be out on the day. No.4 they are unapproachable and dishonest. No.5 do not believe what they tell you about the people they recommend to accommodate. No.6 you need to keep chasing them for information so be prepared to spend many hours talking on the phone. These are some of the troubles which I faced using stones. They made the entire process extremely stressful. I would 100% never be using them again! Don't be fooled by first impressions of them they are horrible estate agents!!

I first used Stones to sell my flat in Hayes, since I have then used there services again to buy two more properties directly through Stones & they too have rented them for me. I have found there service faultless as rents are always paid on time, the properties are looked after & more importantly they have found me long term tenants on both properties. One of the properties I used there services for is directly opposite my own home therefore I was concerned about getting the right tenant and ensuring I would not be pestered as I pay them for a Managed Service. Testament to Stones they have found the perfect tenant & I feel the tenant has fulfilled there duties to the max! I have recently too been approached by a new member of staff from the office called Sapna & I was pleasantly surprised about her professionalism and I'm certain she will be an assets to Ruban, Sandeep, Waran & Ranj.

Quite surprised to find a company that are extremely helpful and not simply just interested in taking my money! I was looking for over a month for a rented property and i found that the majority of agents simply wanted to pressure me into taking any old rubbish! Stones showed me 3 properties in the space of 5 days and even though all properties were unfurnished they were far cleaner and well presented overall. I took a property from Ruban and he was very knowledgeable on the area and the process ..... in fact i was shocked that it was actually so straight forward to rent a property in Greater London as all other agents were making out that it was far more complex. The boys in the office are extremely friendly and helpful and when Ruban was not about they did there best to ensure i left the office with the desired result. If your looking to rent I would strongly suggest you see these guys as i couldn't really fault there services.

I have known Stones Estate Agents since 2011 and during this period Stones have sold, let & managed 13 of my properties. I have found that will my day to day job they have really taken away a lot of stress and headache on the property management side. I would like to say that having rent through Stones property since early 2014, I have found there services very good. They have a positive team that when I have had an issue at the property they have tried there upmost with the assistance of the landlords Mr & Mrs Hennesey to resolve the issues as swiftly as possible. I have found the renting experience through Stones perfect and I would not hesitate on recommending there services to any of my friends or family in the future. I rented a property from Stones in Hayes over 12 months ago, when renting I paid a deposit to them. I completely forgot to get my deposit back. Stones didn't have a forwarding address for me & I also changed my mobile as I moved overseas but they kept emailing me on an old email address telling me to get my money back as there was no deductions. I found that Waran who kept chasing me via email was very honest in making sure i got my money back. it goes to show that there are good estate agents out there.

I had an initial valuation from Stones when considering selling my property. I then went with a on-line estate agents for 10 months with no real impact. Stones were in contact over this period whilst my house was on the market it was then my decision to call them back to act on my behalf for the sale of my property. Stones being able to secure me with a buyer, with the price I wanted, within one hour of the second consultation. Had to have a second survey as the first one down valued on the rental income Stones really fought for the buyer and myself, using their knowledge and experience as they are also letting agents. Everything happened very swiftly, with regular updates and constant contact all the way. I needed a place to stay after the sale so Stones negotiated with the buyer to rent the property to me for a period of time.
