GoogleGreat builders and absolutely amazing site representative at Stewart Milne Astbury Park. We've just bought a property at this development and Michelle who is the site representative has been brilliant. She has always been quick with responses, accurate with information and guided us till completion. This support along the way has made it easier to move into our property and get all the necessary things done prior to completion. If you are looking for a property around the are, definitely worth going into the office to speak with Michelle for further information about any plots they have. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleIf you're considering buying a Stewart Milne home, please think twice. Have a little 20-minute (6-mile) drive to Alsager. Where they've left the estate with roads not completed, a dumping ground for old materials (dangerous), and a massive lack of landscaping. All promises aren't kept and emails have now become generic or not replied to at all. Do yourselves a favour and go buy from a decent company!

GoogleStay well away! Very poor workmanship, I've worked in the building trade for over 20 years. Don't be fooled by their 5* reviews. 18 months in and still have major issues that have not been put right. Over 150 snaggs... The Gable wall of our house is 35mm out of plumb drive way sinking, internal walls 25mm out of plumb meaning doors open on their own, stair newl posts 22mm out. Door frames are out of level so doors do not stay shut. Different colour mortar used to build the garage that should be the same as the house. (Light pink / orange on the garage. Grey used on the house.) Only plot with this. Their excuse was that the garage was built 3 months before the house and the new mortar supplier could not match the colour. What a laughable excuse. It should have been grey anyway. NHBC need investigating
