GoogleReally happy with our new home and the development. Only been here a few months so it’s early days but we love it. Quiet, peaceful location and enjoyable 30 minute walk to the harbour. Plenty of buses around if you don’t drive / can’t walk. Train station isn’t far either. Wonderful commuting options. Another thing we really like is the thought in the design of the development. House styles vary and it looks so lovely and interesting; much better to us than estates where houses all look the same. There are so many nice people around too and lovely walks from the development towards the river, or into woods, as well as the walks into the centre of town and harbour. Our home has been finished to a high standard with attention to detail, and any snagging we’ve had so far has been dealt with quickly and professionally. The sales staff (Claire) and the site manager (Ben) who we dealt with are professional, and so helpful. Overall we have had a very good experience. We had some little hiccups in the buying process as we had to wait quite a while to see the detailed ground plans for our plot. We were happy to proceed once seen and there were no problems with them. We are retired so we wanted to get it right. At this point in our life the intention is to buy a house that we hope will be our last. Well we shouldn’t have worried as we are delighted with and proud of our new home, and so glad we bought it.
