GoogleAfter a very trying process due to lots of 'red tape' outside of their influence, the team at Steve Gooch did an amazing job of getting our sale through after a long 8 months. Rhys did a great job at marketing our property and showing it to its best and did find our eventual buyers. An absolute asset to the company was Jo Gooch (Sales Progressor). She worked tirelessly - even whilst on holiday, to keep communications going with all parties and keep the pressure on those that needed it! She is a star and every estate agents need a 'Jo'. Never having done this process before, we didn't realise the significance of a Sales Progressor. I believe that not all estate agents have them but don't underestimate the significance or power of this. Jo, thank you so much for being on our 'team', we couldn't have done it without you. GoogleI honestly can’t recommend an estate agents more than Steve Gooch. Our house was inundated with viewings and we sold incredibly quickly. Not only did we get such a quick sale, the negotiation on the purchase price blew us away and we sold for more then we thought we’d get. All thanks to Tom, Jo and team for their fanatic work. We had a flow of constant viewings and they clearly did a fabulous job on marketing our house given how quickly it sold for. Something we’ve NEVER experienced from an estate before is how proactive Steve Gooch Estate Agents are. Jo was keeping us constantly update to date from the initial viewings, to working with our Solicitor, our buyers Solicitor and the vendor to keep things moving, chasing for updates and keeping us in the loop at all times. Jo really had our best interests at heart to get our move date.It has been nothing but a stressFREE experience. We now are about to exchange and move into our forever home and it’s all thanks to Tom, Jo and team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Exceptional, friendly, professional proactive service. Nothing pushy, took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next house and found it. GoogleAs a prospective buyer from out of the area, the help and assistance I was given was exemplary: there never was any item of information that was too much trouble to find - and then to communicate back quickly. Although this transaction fell through because of issues with my chain, I look forward to working with Mr Webb and the agency in general again. They have set a standard that all Estate Agencies should aspire to.

GoogleThe team at Mitcheldean went above and beyond for us and did such a fantastic job selling our house. Our first sale unfortunately fell through two weeks from completion, we were packed up with two young children ready to go…it was so upsetting but they all turned it around very very quickly and we had another buyer within 3 days. The communication was fantastic and no question or request was ever too much to ask. Thank you Glen, Mandy, Dan & Alison. :) x
