Google‘Tom Gooch’ what a credit to an already fantastic estate agency. We are so glad he has made it his personal mission to sell our home, because what a talent he is, the taster video of our cottage is stunning. We can’t stop watching it. If you want the best results, choose the best! Steve Gooch Estate Agents

GoogleFirst class Estate Agent. They truly know the values of properties marketed and achieved the full asking price of my property within 24 hours of advertisement going live. Chris Gooch was polite and professional in every respect, with no pressure involved. A leading Agent for sure!!!!

GoogleI've had Steve Gooch as letting agents and selling agents for my property for 20 years and have found them to be superb in all aspects. In the many years of letting, inevitably, problems happened but they looked after my own interests - and those of my lessee - professionally and on a compassionate level for all involved. It felt like I was talking with family members and nothing was too much trouble. As selling agents they continued their personal approach to the sale. Great communication, listening to what I wanted and making, what can be a daunting process, flow smoothly. I won't pick out individual names because the whole team have been so good. Thank you All!

GoogleI recently contacted Steve Gooch estate agents as they had sold my grandparents’ property, and I wanted to keep some of the photos that had been taken. Mandy responded straight away and was so helpful, she not only sent me the original images but also included a few extra ones. I can’t tell you how much those photos mean to me, and I will truly cherish them. I’m so grateful for Mandy’s kindness and support, these photos will help to keep so many precious and treasured memories alive. Thank you so much! 🥰🙏

GoogleI recently viewed my dream property with Glen Webb. Very sadly, I didn’t end up getting it, but I still wanted to leave a review because the service I received was genuinely excellent. From the moment I booked the viewing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Glen was warm, approachable, and took the time to explain every detail about the property. Even though I didn’t secure it, I never felt dismissed, instead, I felt supported and kept well-informed at every stage. Losing out on this home was devastating, but the positive experience I had with Glen has given me confidence to keep searching when the time is right.

GoogleGlen Webb at Steve Gooch estate agents has done a great job selling our house in Gloucestershire. Glen is very personable, did a huge amount of research and presented us with a very comprehensive document which helped us arrive at a selling price and included material to expertly market the house. GoogleWe bought our home through Steve Gooch, Mitcheldean branch. Glen and his team were brilliant! Glen helped guide us through the buying process and intervened when other parties needed support. Buying (or selling) a house can be a stressful process, so going through a good estate agent is crucial. Glen Webb would be my first choice.
