GoogleWe can't thank the team at Stephenson Brown enough! The staff went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely be returning customers in the future. Their help and communication throughout was brilliant. Selling a property can be such a stressful time but having the support from the team throughout the process made things so much easier for us, they really couldn't do enough for us.

GoogleI t was a pleasure to work with this estate agent, they secured the sale of my property and were always looking for ways to market the property if enquiries became slow - used virtual designs of how the home could look through their contacts which was reasonable and delivered the results I needed. Their customer service was brilliant, always kept me updated and found out any answers I required mainly during the sales process. I mainly dealt with Margaret and Emma who were always on hand to deal with my queries and kept the process running smoothly. Would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. GoogleThe agency and i have maintained a business relationship for over ten years. I have rented my portfolio through the lettings side, and i have both bought and sold through the sales agents. I have bought and sold property through the agency too. I cant recommend them highly enough.

GoogleIt was really refreshing to have a pleasant and welcoming experience with Stephenson Browne. Other estate agents we have contacted have been good but SB exceed massively. We had a mixture of Beth and Carla supporting us, with both being approachable and helpful, despite an unforeseen delay with move in date at no fault of themselves. GoogleStephenson Browne, they are very efficient with regards to my rented accommodation and seemed more willing to get things done than the previous agency. I'm am waiting to hear from them with regards to the deposit and will swiftly chase this up in the new year. The group of ladies answering the phone are very polite and willing to help out with anything.
