GoogleNatasha was warm and welcoming when I went into branch to list the property and was very professional booking our appointment for the photographs etc and kept us updated when our property would go on the website. Ellie kept us up to date with viewings and offers and was very professional and helpful

GoogleEllie and Cathy have been so helpful throughout the process of buying my house. They both kept me updated and reassured throughout the whole thing. I would 1000% recommend Stephenson Browne. As a first time buyer they made everything easy and I felt like there were no stupid questions and were happy to help. As a bonus, they have a fantastic sense of humour which is sometimes needed throughout this process. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleThe team is amazing. Great communication. Friendly and understanding. They work hard to get a good outcome. Conscientious, great integrity, and went above and beyond. They helped with the tenant leaving to get viewings done early. As we live a few miles away it was comforting knowing they were close to the property and actively helping. Without a doubt, I would use them again. We could not ask for more. Happy days!

GoogleI have never dealt with Stephenson Brown previously and as an established estate agent myself within Cheshire, I was very impressed!! Being in the business yourself you can still need it all breaking down for you and Stephenson Brown have been very supportive throughout the process thus far!! Particular mention must be made to Toria Mallaburn who is an absolute credit to the company, a calming influence who is extremely hardworking going above and beyond!!

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephenson Browne, Alsager branch. I've used them many times over the years and can confirm they offer a great service. All staff are well trained, friendly and professional and it really doesn't matter who you speak to they will either assist or get someone onto it asap. Communications are clear, concise and quick. You can either speak with somebody in Lettings or Sales or if need be, just pop in to see them. Brilliant support from Carla, Ally and Beth over the last couple months.

GoogleI have recently sold a house through the Newcastle branch of Stephenson Browne, the sale of the house was complex due to the number of parties involved, not easy at times, but the whole team have been excellent, can’t fault them. I mostly dealt with Maria and Pam, but every one I spoke to in the office was always friendly and gave me the time I needed. They all, always promptly did what they said they would do, nothing was ever too much trouble. I have no hesitation from my experience in recommending and using the Newcastle branch of Stephenson Browne in the future

GoogleMargret from Stephenson Browne helped me throughout the process of purchasing my first house. She was extremely helpful, great with communication, constantly chasing things up and giving updates. She was very friendly and supportive with any questions or issues that arouse throughout the process. Very professional, welcoming and overall she made the house buying experience an easy, smooth and enjoyable process. It was also lovely to put a face to the name once I got my keys and Margret was just as kind and friendly in person as she had been over email. Overall excellent service and thank you very much for all the support, hard work and effort put into getting me my first house!
