GoogleTried 4 times to see sale houses with the agency and they either cancelled a day before or on the day and hour of the viewing. They called to say sorry for what. Waste my time and also waste time of the sellers . Very disappointed

We showed you a property in June without any issues and had one viewing scheduled for you recently which we did need to rearrange, we certainly don't have records showing you have tried to view other properties with us so are left wondering whether you might be confusing ourselves with another agency. GoogleWe initial dealt with Maria Preston who lisyed the property for us and talked us through everything. Once the property went under offer Samantha Stone at Stephenson brown was then in constant contact by email and phone and kept us upto date throughout the sale of the property. Would definitely use again in the future

GoogleThe whole process was handled amazingly by Stephenson browne and they did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible as moving can be very stressful. Everything was explained in detail during the viewing and communications before and after viewing could not be faulted. From the initial point of phoning all the way to agreeing the let and obtaining the keys was made into a nice and easy process with the help of our agent Sharon Warrender! Thank you Sharon for making our move that much easier and the entire team for your professionalism and friendliness :)
