GoogleAll staff that I spoke to were professional and keen to work to help me with the buying process. Even when solicitors were slowing things down, they called and advocated for me to ensure a quicker process was achieved. Good communication and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe sale of my mother's house (family home) was handled efficiently, communication was very good, everything was done very considerately and respectfully, the sale went through smoothly, it was made as simple as possible. From first advertising to completion of sale was less than 3 months. Very pleased amd would definitely recommend the firm.

GoogleWe needed to get a tenant in to our property as the old tenant was moving out. I contacted several estate agents and Stephenson Brown just seemed more genuine. We needed the agent to manage the property as we no longer live in the area. From our first contact with Sarah all the staff we have spoke to Sharon, Heather and Pam have been great. Nothing seems to much trouble and they are always willing to help in any way. We were a little sceptical at first dealing with an estate agent as we have had in the past a bad experience with another agent who promised the earth but did absolutely nothing. Stephenson Brown lined up tenants and vetted them to worm out time wasters as well as doing background checks. They showed the tenants around and reported back to us how everything was going. We needed to get some trees cut lower in the rear garden and Sarah went to the property to take pictures for us so we could see what the workers had done. Going forward we just hope all goes well working with the agent. So if you are looking for an agent who is up front and honest and who does what it says on the tin, then dont look any further. There costs are good also.

As a first time seller Stephenson and Browne guided me through the process from day one to the very end. Their response to emails was second to none no chasing up for updates. Response was same day or even within the hour. Would I recommend Stephenson Browne without hesitation special mention to Ellie Forrester, Toria Mallaburn, Natasha Walther and Samantha Stone. All of you were friendly, honest and professional throughout, Samantha was especially outstanding dealing with the completion of the sale I look forward to working with you all in the future should I need to buy or sell my property.

We've met the tenant and they seem lovely. The process was swift, straightforward and Kelly was always available to talk us through and questions we had.
