I initially got an offer on my house within 2 days through Stephenson Browne, which unfortunately fell through. A few months later I got another offer but there followed a long and arduous conveyancing process. However I found the staff at Stephenson Browne enormously supportive, esp Margret who liaised with buyers, solictors and builders on my behalf and alleviated so much of the stress and confusion for me following a personal bereavement. Good Company....... Although my house was sold within weeks of it being put on the market it had its very difficult and stressful moments right up until completion day. I have been a tenant for Stephenson Browne for the last 3-4 years and I have to say they are probably the most professional Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing has been too much for Alex and his team. They have been extremely helpfull and fair over the time we have been with them. The experience we had with Stephenson Browne, Newcastle Branch was stress free considering looking for a property is stressful in itself. During the process we were supported from the beginning till the end by Caroline Jones (who we must say is fantastic at her job) and Oliver, despite being new in his job showed great professionalism.
