GoogleCan't praise Jade and her team enough, we had excellent service with the sale of our house and the puchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond when we hit a snag, ensuring everything kept moving. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleExcellent experience with renting a property. Smooth process of rental straight from my country before entering UK. I was really impressed that I could make all things ready so that I could move in straight from Airport after entering the country. They really helped me with first home in UK. Really loved the property as well and would always be happy to come back to their property if possible.

GoogleWhat do you typically expect an estate agent's role? A negotiator between landlord and tenant? Though same is not true because when I heard negative experiences from my friends, I was bit careful. However, my experience with Stephenson Brown (Newcastle) was absolutely positive and different from what I have been hearing. Staff was extremely helpful at most of the occasions, from check-in to check-out. They were considerate of the tenants requirements and provided timely response/action. So, I would definitely say, nice property along with responsive estate agency can make your living experience better and stress-free. So, consider agency while you are selecting or choosing a property to rent. Thanks

GoogleJade and her team were fantastic throughout the sale of our property. They had plenty of viewings for us and manged to sell the property in around 3 weeks. Amazing work and we will certainly use them again if we decide to move. We've used, and dealt with, other providers in the area but none of them compare to Stephenson Browne for customer service and quality. Best in the area bar none.

GoogleThis is the 2nd time I have used Stevenson Browne, both to buy & sell property. II cannot praise them highly enough, there are no hidden extras, they held my hand all throughout the process answering and returning my calls promptly and keeping me up to date each week. It helps that they have local knowledge, I used to live in a small community in Audley and I believe they have been involved in the sale and purchase of nearly all the properties there, which has proved invaluable to my recent buyers..

GoogleI initially got an offer on my house within 2 days through Stephenson Browne, which unfortunately fell through. A few months later I got another offer but there followed a long and arduous conveyancing process. However I found the staff at Stephenson Browne enormously supportive, esp Margret who liaised with buyers, solictors and builders on my behalf and alleviated so much of the stress and confusion for me following a personal bereavement. They were professional, caring, non judgemental and I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleGood Company....... Although my house was sold within weeks of it being put on the market it had its very difficult and stressful moments right up until completion day. A big thank you must go to Margret who handled any issues with other parties, big or small, promptly and efficiently, and also kept me updated frequently, nothing was to much trouble for her. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephenson Browne to others.

GoogleI have been a tenant for Stephenson Browne for the last 3-4 years and I have to say they are probably the most professional Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing has been too much for Alex and his team. They have been extremely helpfull and fair over the time we have been with them. Having rented properties for the most part of 20 odd years I can say they know what they are doing and their customer service is phenominal. I would recommend them hands down. It has been a absolute pleasure knowing Alex beceause he understands the needs of his tenants. Not only that he makes himself available to speak one on one with his tenant's should the need arise.
