We've recently just sold our first home through Stephenson brown, they have made our experience feel like a breeze. The moment Maria and her boss came out to value the property, we felt like we had a instant connection with them both. To then going onto to dealing with Myles in the sales team, they got us up for sale within days and then had us offers within a week. 1 week later we accepted an offer and then moved onto Kathy in after sales team who kept us up to date as much as possible. After searching for a rental property for a while the whole experience was excellent. The staff call when they say, take the actions they say and follow up, not to mention they do this is a friendly approachable personable manner. I think too often the crazy rental market is seen as the goose that will lay the golden egg no matter how badly you treat it, service at many agencies is absolutely terrible. In more challenging times this service level will win customers.
