GoogleI wanted to say how grateful I am to Matt and his team. Prior to using SB, I had my house on the market with 2 other estate agents from Alsager and neither produced the goods. Matt was very professional from the outset and gave me the confidence that he would do his best for me. He promised to sell it and he did just that. Tip; if you have a property you want to sell in Alsager, don't waste your time with others, just put it on the market with Matt at Stephenson Browne.

GoogleProperty was sold the night before I arrived and they didn't have the courtesy to call before my viewing to advise this was the case. Wasted 1.5 hours driving to view the property and not to mention the petrol it cost to drive over. After discussing this with the agent selling the property they attempted to get me to bid higher than the offer which was received in order to start a bidding war. It is a sellers market at the moment but integrity should always be at the forefront of business. Never would do business with this particular branch as they should advise this ahead of time to allow the person to decide whether they will visit. Crewe branch is just as bad.
Hi Tarik, We are sorry you have felt the need to leave a 1* review, I can assure you we would not have left you to travel any distance, should the property have been sold. In this instance, the sellers had an offer that they were strongly considering but instructed us to allow all booked viewings to go ahead, the property was still available. We were only following or clients’ instructions. We do not encourage “Gazumping” however, this house was still available and no offer was agreed albeit negotiation was taking place. Of course, we would want to have the conversation to allow you to offer, had it been of particular interest to you. We hope in the future you may reconsider your comments regarding doing business with ourselves however are pleased to hear you appear to have received the service levels we set at SB at our Crewe office.

GoogleMy experience of Stephenson Browne Alsager has been quite poor as a tenant. The staff are extremely rude and clearly need customer service training. The service started off well but there have been staff changes and it has gone downhill in the last 12 months. Shoddy property, shoddy service. Relieved to no longer be a private tenant of theirs.

GoogleAll members of staff that we dealt with at Stephenson Browne were friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to the team. We had a very difficult sale having to amend boundaries which caused significant delays but the team could not have been more supportive and lived the whole experience with us, providing advice and support whenever needed. We would absolutely recommend anyone selling a house to use Stephenson Browne, they were amazing!

GoogleAfter my initial meeting with Matt, it was clear that there was nobody else I would want to sell my property. He was professional, enthusiastic, clear in his communication and realistic about what my expectations should be. The ongoing service from the office support staff, arranging viewings and follow up information was also on point. Stephenson Browne have a very good reputation locally and, having used their services, I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arose and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

GoogleFirstly I’d like to thank the staff at Stephenson Browne for the whole management of my let. I approached them regarding a property I was interested in renting and gave them timescales as my house was sold, there I met Sharon, what a diamond that lady is. A real credit to Stephenson Browne, she worked tirelessly on what was not the most straightforward let under any circumstances. I’m over the moon with how the process went and can’t thank Sharon and the team enough! Great work guys and one very happy tennant 😊
