GoogleSelling through Alsager Stephenson Browne was great. The valuation was flawless and totally honest. The office was then very helpful. I wouldn't recommend purchasing with the Congleton office, very poor management causing me to lose a lot of money in searches and surveys, I actually avoided looking at any houses that were being sold through Stephenson Browne in this area.

Obviously, it isn't so pleasing to read your views in terms of our Congleton office. Having looked at the file, we note the property you were purchasing came off the market due to the vendors deciding to carry out work, following issues raised on the survey. The communication between the Congleton office and yourself looks regular regarding the matter, it even looks like you'll be the first person approached as and when the property in question becomes back available. The Congleton office is of course sorry that you incurred costs against the property but in no way is that a fault of the office. GoogleMargret, Tracy and Brittany were amazing, a few hiccups along the way, however for me the measure of a good estate agent is the willingness to get things done and this won me over when measured against the challenges we faced. Thanks to Matt also for having patience and understanding when I was at my worst emotionally.

GoogleHaving never moved house before I wasn't sure what to expect. Although the solicitors caused quite a bit of mither, Stephenson Brown were exceptional at keeping the stress to the absolute minimum and I can't recommend them enough!

GoogleWell what can I say , we decided to put our house on the market but the team in Alsager were already ahead of us ! They sent viewing and sold our home before we even hit the market ! We also purchased a property which did not go smooth due to legal reasons but the team were there through all of the highs and the lows and did everything they could to ensure our sale completed ! Special thanks to Britney for the Viewings and negotiation of the year ! Emma for the amazing marketing, Tracy who got us a foot in the door to our dream home and a week of chase ups, Margaret for being Margaret and Matt for keeping the dream alive !

GoogleAgain another fantastic experience with stevensonbrowne , I ve been dealing with SB for over 20 years . Always a first class experience with the added peace of mind they have my best interests at heart. As a landlord the biggest worry is finding the right tenants, SB always find the right people , I can always trust the staff to do the tenant background checks and references.
