GoogleWe had our house on the market with another estate agents for several months with very little interest. We came to Staves and they put together an excellent brochure, and we got a great price for the house in a matter of weeks. The whole team was very professional and although we were living abroad at the time they made the whole process very simple. I only wish we had come to them first!

GoogleWe recently sold our deceased mother’s bungalow though Staves, which process had a very bumpy and traumatic ride through the Covid period. Throughout the sale we received nothing but great support, understanding and patience from the staff. Rebecca was our lead contact, and was always polite and professional. Communication was excellent throughout. At the end of the tortuous few months, the property was sold for well in excess of the highest valuation of a local estate agent competitor.if we were to sell our own house we would not hesitate to use Staves.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter a big hold up due to Covid-19, I eventually completed the sale of my Mum's house last Friday. However, during the 7 months since the acceptance of an offer on the property, Matt, Rob and Ben have kept me in the loop with updates on progress or to just touch base if there has been nothing to report. They have answered my silly questions, responding promptly at all times in a friendly and professional manner. This company came recommended by family and I am so pleased I agreed to use their services - I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am not intending to move in the near future, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Guys.
