GoogleWe purchased our first home through Staves - we had fantastic communication throughout the bidding process and then once we had our offer accepted we hit a few bumps in the road. We were so grateful to Ben who always called us back or replied to emails. We didnt have a clue what we were doing and so if it wasnt for him actually reaching out to us and advising of what was going via the emails, then I don't know if the sale would have ever made it. Thank you so so much Ben & all of the team at the Woodseats office. We both agreed that when we sell, we will 100% be going to Ben because we trust him completely. Thank you so much - We owe you a Peroni/Moretti or 2!

GoogleWe had a good experience with Staves Gleadless from the beginning. They offered a free valuation and got our property on the market very quickly. They even popped back to make sure we had photos of our garden on a sunnier day. The property had six viewings lined up back-to-back for the next day within a few hours of listing which was great. Once we'd accepted an offer, we dealt with Ben for the remainder of the process to completion. He was really helpful, always available to answer queries and when it got a bit mad towards completion, he was the one who rang up and down the chain making sure everyone was on the same page. He was basically the go-to guy if you wanted something getting done. Would highly recommend Staves Gleadless for their quick, efficient and professional service.

GoogleWith it being my first time buying a house and new to the house market I was a little uneasy and unsure on how the whole buying of property works. However, the people at Staves made the whole transition easy and friendly, walking me through each step making sure I fully understood every detail before completing the sale of my new stunning home. I know for others like me, growing up and getting on the property ladder seems a massive step but I can’t recommend highly Staves for how they really take the time to listen to there customers and truly offer the best advice, support and effort to ensure they buy the home that suits them.
