GoogleIve been dealing with Jack Buxton whilst purchasing a buy to let property, and I can hand on heart say that Staves (in general) and Jack, is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Very responsive, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and I do feel like I'm speaking with a real person and not just a cog in a machine. The purchase took a lot longer than expected and they've been excellent every step of the way. I cannot recommend highly enough, a real diamond in the rough! Dear James, I am sorry that you have not experienced a 5 star service from Staves, I would be grateful if you could provide details of how we could have dealt with your interest in a property in a manner that you would have preferred. Unfortunately we cannot accept every offer that comes forward for a property, on average there are 29 buyers for each house in Dronfield so every sale results in 28 disappointed buyers. GoogleWe were prospective first time buyers for a property listed under Staves. When we first viewed the property we were limited to 10minutes of viewing time as the agent who knew none of the answers to our simple questions regarding the property, was in a rush to leave. We then proceeded to place an offer at a reasonable amount more than the asking price exceeding several other offers. Proceedings then went on to best and final offers which were delayed 3 times until we came to realise that the property had now been relisted at an increased asking price (our initial offer) under no notification to us. This resulted in further viewings commencing once our final offer had been submitted. Overall the attitude of all staff concerned seemed to be much in the favour of the seller with no consideration for the buyer.

GoogleWe recently dual listed but Staves were head & shoulders above the other agent. We were under time pressure but they managed to find us a buyer within 3 weeks. Excellent communication throughout & a pleasure to deal with.
