GoogleWow, where to even begin with Staves. The sudden passing of our father left us feeling overwhelmed by everything we had to get done, especially the sale of his house. Thanks to everyone at Staves one of the hardest times in our lives was made a little bit easier. Ben Willis was incredibly patient with me, even when I had 10+ questions each day he would answer anything I asked with patience and kindness. Ben also walked us through every process of the sale, and kept us very well informed at every twist and turn. Everyone who works at Staves was so helpful, and I will absolutely use them again in the future. Thanks guys, Katie Root.

GoogleNo reply to any email enquires (rental), several were sent. Phoned instead. Mentioned a specific property I'm interested in: Silence on the end of the line. So eventually I say "Is it still available?". Reply: "Yes".... [long pause].... (Impatiently) "How can I help with that?". How do you think you can help me with that?! Phone line then cuts out. No one bothers to call back. Think I'll deal with an agent that actually wants my business.
