GoogleWe found Staves to be extremely efficient, honest, friendly and reliable. They gave us good advice and we were really pleased with the photographer and photos of Holmley Lane and thought they were that good we considered putting an offer on it ourselves 😄. We have no problem recommending Staves to anyone considering a move and are looking for a good and reliable Estate Agent. Pat and Linda Webster.

GoogleWould give 0 if I could, we viewed a house and started the application process, we were firstly told we would have an answer within 2 days, no answer so chased them, had to chase a few times. After sending all our proof of income etc heard absolutely nothing, then about 2 week later it showed on rightmove as let agreed. Communication absolutely shocking, disappointed is an understatement, really bad way to treat people especially with everything that's going on at the moment you would of thought people would of had a bit of compassion. Looking at previous responses from the owner suggesting they're bothered about customer service? Bunch of clowns.
Dear Molly, I am disappointed to receive your 1 star review and am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the experience you have received from Staves regarding your recent application to let one of our properties. We did send an email to you on Thursday 27th April to advise you that we had further viewings on the property over the bank holiday weekend. 5 Applications including yours were received which were put to the landlord. As soon as the landlord made a decision as to which applicant they wanted to proceed with, all parties were then notified. The property was marked as Let Agreed before the landlord made a decision as to the successful applicant given the volume of interest and the number of applications taken on the property. GoogleI was lucky enough to have dealt with Ben Willis throughout my purchase and had the best experience possible. Ben was always available to discuss the sale issues that we faced, and always followed up on my request for updates etc. I dealt with others from the office and all were polite and proactive. I really do hope that my next house purchase is with Staves, I shall certainly have them at the top of my list for when I sell. Thank you to all the team involved.

GoogleThere are different options nowadays, but if you're going to use an estate agent I'd highly recommend Staves. Ben in particular was a real help, keeping us updated the whole way through. Overall, it was a very professional experience.
